| Nowadays,people’s living standards are constantly improving,the diet structure is gradually rich and diverse,and their unhealthy lifestyle has led to the increasing prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in China in recent years,which has become one of the most common chronic liver diseases,posing serious harm to people’s health and social development.Acute liver injury is also more common in clinical,with the characteristics of multiple causes and acute onset,while nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the common causes.Objectives:To investigate the effect of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease on acute liver injury.Methods:From February 2014 to February 2017,58 patients with acute liver injury were selected from the Department of Gastroenterology,the second hospital of Hebei Medical University.The clinical data during hospitalization were analyzed,including sex,age,height,weight,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose and the first laboratory examination after admission,including liver function index(TBIL,ALT,AST,ALB,ALP)and coagulation routine indexes(PT)etc.According to the score of liver function,it was divided into two groups: mild liver injury group(1 group)and severe liver injury group(2 group).The percentage of metabolic syndrome components in the two groups was counted,and whether there was statistical difference in the percentage was analyzed by statistics.Results: The percentage of metabolic syndrome components in severe liver injury group was higher than that in mild liver injury group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.NAFLD can aggravate the degree of liver injury.2.It is of great clinical significance to strengthen NAFLD management to prevent severe liver injury... |
