Nowadays, lung cancer is the most common primary pulmonary malignant tumor, the mortality rate is higher the vast majority of lung cancer originated in bronchial epithelium, which is also called bronchial lung cancer clinical study found that lung cancer genome of non-small cell lung cancer with different subtypes of driver mutations that these findings not only brings hope for patients with lung cancer targeted therapy,as well as non-small cell carcinoma of the theoretical basis is provided for the classification of the molecular characteristics of lung cancer has greatly changed the classification and treatment of lung cancer, become an important part of the pathological diagnosis and tumor treatment decisions.By identifying new biomarkers, such as the epidermal growth factor receptor mutations and anaplastic lymphoma kinase translocation, etc.,determine may benefit from targeted molecular targeted therapy, the patients of group of targeted cancer therapy successfully created a new era of individualized treatment, also accelerated the development of lung cancer treatment drug resistance inevitably limits the tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)included all the curative effect of targeted therapy of the understanding of the biological basis of tyrosine kinase inhibitor drug resistance is the key to successful development future treatment strategies traditionally, people use dichotomy to study drug resistance mechanism of tyrosine kinase inhibitors.Tumor cells with TKI sensitivity or TKI refractory, exhibiting resistance or acquired drug resistance recent research has highlighted the multifaceted TKI resistance and genetic heterogeneity,it along with the change of treatment in this paper, the dynamic development of case of lung adenocarcinoma patients admitted in our department after the targeted therapy cervical metastatic lesions to the case of small cell carcinoma of the transformation, further explore the lung cancer targeted therapy research status,as well as to the drug resistance mechanism were summarized, provide reference for clinical treatment.
