Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on nutritional status and psychological status of patients with adjuvant chemotherapy for malignant tumors with nutritional risk,so as to provide basis and Suggestions for formulating targeted intervention measures in clinical nursing practice for patients with adjuvant chemotherapy for malignant tumors with nutritional risk.Method:80 inpatients with malignant tumor who received the first adjuvant chemotherapy in the Inner Mongolia,third-class hospital from February 2019 to December 2019 and met the criteria of admission and discharge were collected and included in this study.Among them,40 patients admitted to the third floor ward were set as control group and given routine nursing care in oncology department.40 patients admitted to the second floor ward were set as intervention group and given comprehensive nursing care.including nutrition knowledge education, nutrition supplement intervention and psychological intervention. The body weight(BW),body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin(HGB),albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),lymphocyte count(TLC)and the scores of subjective global nutritional status assessment(PG-SGA)and simple mood scale(POMS-SF)were compared before and after chemotherapy.Data were collected and entered into the database by two persons. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software..Measurement data were described by mean±standard deviation(`x±s).Independent sample t test was used for comparison of indicators between the two groups.Frequency(n)and percentage(%)were used for description of count data.?~2test was used for comparison of rates between the two groups.with(P<0.05)as the difference.Results:1.Nutritional indicators:there was no significant difference in BW(body weight),ALB(albumin),TP(total protein),HGB(hemoglobin),TLC(lymphocyte)between the two groups before chemotherapy(P>0.05);The comparison of nutritional indicators between the two groups after chemotherapy showed that the indicators of ALB,TP and HGB in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison of nutritional indicators before and after chemotherapy between the two groups showed that the indicators of BW,ALB,TP,HGB and TLC all showed a decreasing trend after chemotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison of the decrease range of nutritional indicators between the two groups before and after chemotherapy showed that the decrease range of indicators of BW,ALB,TP and HGB in the intervention group after chemotherapy was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.PG-SGA score:The comparison of PG-SGA score before and after chemotherapy between the two groups showed that PG-SGA score was on the rise after chemotherapy, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);comparison of PG-SGA score between the two groups before and after chemotherapy showed that the mean PG-SGA score of the intervention group was(6.85±0.83),significantly lower than that of the control group(8.85±1.19),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.POMS-SF scores:The POMS-SF scores of patients in the two groups before chemotherapy showed no statistically significant differences in patients'tension-anxiety,fatigue-inertra,depression-dejetion,confusion-bewilderment,anger-hostility,energy-hostility and total score was no significant difference(P>0.05);POMS-SF scores of patients in the two groups after chemotherapy showed that, compared with the control group, patients in the intervention group had statistically significant changes in tension-anxiety,depression-dejection,fatigue-inertia,anger-hostility,energy-vitality and total scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing staff to adjuvant chemotherapy of tumor patients with nutritional risk screening as an important part of clinical basic nursing work,at the same time give patients include nutritional assessment and education, nutrition intervention and psychological intervention measures such as comprehensive nursing, can effectively improve the first line of adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor of poor nutritional status, reduce its nutrient levels drop, increase the mental health status of the tumor chemotherapy patients, reduce the level of anxiety, depression, relieve fatigue, dull feeling, energy and enhances the vitality, the overall mood better.
