Objective: To investigate the difference of anxiety, depression and PTG(mentation)inpatients between bone tumor and lung cancer during chemotherapy, analyze therelationship between mentation and social support, coping styles in patients with bonetumor, and explore psychological intervention strategies for patients with bone tumor,so as to provide helpful guidance for clinical psychological nursing.Methods:1.109cases of patients with bone tumour and72cases of patients with lung cancerduring chemotherapy were surveyed with the scales of HAD, C-PTGI, SSRS, andTCSQ.2. We analyzed the correlation between mentation and social support, coping styles,and the factors of psychological states were analyzed with multiple regressionanalysis.3. Psychological intervention strategies for patients with bone tumor were developed.Results:1. There was no significant difference in mentation between patients with bone tumorand lung cancer(P>0.05). There was significant difference in incidence ofdepression of two diseases(P<0.05) while no difference in anxiety(P>0.05).Demographic influence of two kinds of people in anxiety and depression weredifferent while were same in PTG.2. Social support scores were higher than the model while lower than patients withlung cancer(P<0.01).The marital difference was significant in the subjectivesupport, support utilization(P<0.05). 3. Positive coping scores was lower than the model and patients with lung cancer(P<0.01) while negative coping scores were higher than the model and patientswith lung cancer(P<0.01). There was a significant gender difference in the copingstyles(P<0.05).4. Mentation were correlated with social support and coping styles (P<0.05). Anxietyand depression were negatively correlated with PTG(P<0.05). PTG of patients withbone tumor could be used to predict depression, can explain10.4%of depressionvariation.5. Psychological intervention strategies for patients with bone tumor during che-motherapy should be to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, and incr-ease PTG, by strengthening the social support and promoting positive copingstyle.Conclusion:1. There was no significant difference in mentation between patients with bone tumorand lung cancer. Anxiety, depression and PTG showed moderate level. Incidence ofdepression in bone tumor was lower than that in lung cancer.2. Social support in patients with bone tumor was average, and negative copingstyles were major. Social support and positive coping styles could decreasepsychological pressure and promote PTG.3. Anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with PTG. PTG is a predictor ofanxiety and depression.4. We should take positive psychological intervention to reduce or eliminate thenegative emotions in patients with bone tumor.
