Clinical Observation Of Thermosensitive Umbilical Moxibustion In Treating Climacteric Syndrome

Objective: to study the clinical effect of thermosensitive umbilicus moxibustion on climacteric syndrome,and to provide more clinical support for thermosensitive umbilicus moxibustion on climacteric syndrome through the changes of clinical effect,kupperman score,perimenopausal quality of life score and depression self-rating scale before and after treatment.Methods: into accord with standard of 60 patients,according to the random grouping,it can be divided into the treatment group(thermal umbilical acupuncture group),30 cases in control group(western medicine group),30 cases in control group to the female progestogen sequential therapy,simulated physiological cycles,25 days before the monthly daily use estrogen(fill jiale 1 mg),the cycle of 12 ～ 16 days combined with progesterone(progesterone 100 mg twice a day),25 days after the female progesterone were discontinued,stop drug with vaginal bleeding in 4 to 7 days.Treatment group with the method of thermal umbilical acupuncture,menstruation,treatment begins on the first day since the end of menstruation,menstruation stop less than 6 months,then start treatment,the amount of 2 root each article ai,a total of no more than 2 hours,continuous treatment of 15 times for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment,treatment each 2 months after the treatment and follow-up of various symptoms and signs.Before and after treatment,the Kupperman Index(KI Index),men-qol and SDS were used to score each group of patients,and SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for analysis and treatment.Results: 1.A total of 60 eligible patients,30 in the control group and30 in the treatment group were included.There was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Two groups of the curative effect of treatment of menopausal syndrome(kupperman): after the end of the treatment and follow-up 2 months: two way within and between groups before and after comparison,kupperman scores were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),in terms of symptoms,hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,urinary tract symptoms,dizziness,fatigue,muscle aches,headache,excitable limbs,depression,the treatment group is better than that of control group(p<0.05),the control group on the fatigue improvement is not obvious(p>0.05).3.Quality of life in perimenopausal period of patients in the two groups:intra-group comparison: the scores of both groups decreased(p<0.05),which was comparable;Comparison between groups: after the first course,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(p>0.05);after the second course,the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05),with statistical difference.4.Self-rating depression scale: after 2 courses of treatment,the scores of the two groups were decreased both within and between the two groups(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: after the first course,the total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 86% in the control group,with no difference(p>0.05).After the second course,the total effective rate was 96% in the treatment group and 93% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).The total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The total effective rate of thermosensitive moxibustion for umbilicus was higher than that of hormone replacement therapy,andthermosensitive moxibustion for umbilicus could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of menopause syndrome,and was significantly better than hormone replacement therapy in hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,urinary symptoms,dizziness,fatigue,muscle and limb soreness,headache,agitation and depression.2.Thermosensitive moxibustion for umbilicus is comparable to hormone replacement therapy in the short-term treatment of life quality and depression of menopausal syndrome patients,and in the long-term treatment,thermosensitive moxibustion for umbilicus is significantly superior to hormone replacement therapy.
