Objective:In this study, female patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence(SUI)with or without urge Urinary Incontinence(UUI)were treated with pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the therapeutic effect was observed to provide data and basis for the conservative treatment of female Urinary Incontinence.Methods:Sixty-seven female patients with SUI with or without UUI who sought medical advice the Department of gynecology pelvic floor clinic of Hebei General Hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects, among which 45 patients were mild,15 patients were moderate, and 7 patients were severe.Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy was performed for 15 times in the Department of gynecology pelvic floor clinic of Hebei General Hospital. Before treatment, all patients underwent gynecological physical examination, pressure induction test, finger pressure test, bladder urodynamics test,72h urination diary,1h pad test and assessment of pelvic floor muscle function(pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor muscle potential)to understand the type, severity and pelvic floor muscle function of urinary incontinence,Severity of urinary incontinence, its impact on quality of life and satisfaction with sexual life were evaluated by the International consultation on incontinence questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF),incontinence impact questionnaire(IIQ-7),pelvic organ prolapsed-urinary incontinence sexual questionnaire-12(PISQ-12).The above data were sorted out,and the paired sample t test,Wilcoxon paired rank-sum test and Spearman correlation coefficient test were used for statistical analysis.P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. The improvement of urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle function, life quality and sexual life quality were compared before and after treatment.Results:1. General information of the patient:The median age of the patient was38.00(32.00,50.00)years old,and the average Body Mass Index(BMI)was24.34±2.94 kg/m~2.2. Pelvic floor muscle function in patients with pelvic floor muscle function index:Pelvic floor muscle function was expressed by pelvic floor muscle strength and muscle potential which includes subjective measurement(hand muscle)measurement and objective measurement(?,?muscle fiber strength, pelvic floor muscles potential). After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength was measured by hand,?and?muscle fiber strength were enhanced obviously, the pelvic floor muscles potential promotion earlier, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).3. Questionnaire:The improvement of urinary incontinence, quality of life and sexual life before and after treatment was compared with ICI-Q-SF,IIQ-7and PFIQ-12 scores, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Questionnaire scores showed that the subjective symptoms of urinary incontinence were significantly improved after treatment, and the quality of life and sexual life of the patients were significantly improved. The improvement degree of sexual life quality of patients was indicated by the difference of PFIQ-12 questionnaire score before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect was indicated by invalidity, improvement and cure. The improvement of sexual life quality in patients was positively correlated with the therapeutic effect(r=0.343),which was statistically significant(P=0.004<0.05).4. Status of 1h pad test:The severity of urinary incontinence was assessed by 1h pad test. After treatment, the patient's 1h pad test was significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and the objective symptoms of urinary incontinence were significantly improved, with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between urinary incontinence severity and sexual quality(r=0.360),which was statistically significant(P=0.003<0.01).5. Treatment effect of 67 patients:According to the evaluation criteria of subjective and objective efficacy,12 patients were cured,42 patients were improved, and 13 patients were ineffective, with an effective rate of 80.60%.Conclusions:Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can effectively improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, enhance the strength of pelvic floor muscle, improve the pelvic floor muscle potential, and significantly improve the function of pelvic floor muscle. It is worthy of clinical application to effectively reduce the impact of urinary incontinence on the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of patients with sexual life.
