OBJECTIVES:Evaluation of individualized biofeedback and vaginal electrical stimulation with pelvicfloor muscle training in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) effect, and comparedwith the conventional pelvic floor muscle training effectiveness, for the vast number of I degreesSUI patients a better selection of appropriate treatment, high therapeutic effect, provide certainbasis.METHODS:The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Foshan Nanhai of gynecology and obstetrics in2011January-2012March diagnosed with I degrees of stress urinary incontinence64caseswere randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group32cases,use individualized vaginalelectrical stimulation of biofeedback and pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy;32cases in thecontrol group, the use of simple function of pelvic floor muscle exercise. From two groups ofpatients before and after treatment of class I, class II fiber musclestrength to improve thesituation,"International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-short Form"(ICI-Q-SF)score and urine pad test index to compare the difference in efficacy.RESULTS:Two groups after the treatment, the treatment group ICI-Q-SF questionnaire scores (2.38±3.51) lower than that of control group (4.47±3.21), class Ⅰ fiber strength(4.63±0.76) washigher than that of control group (3.97±0.74), class II fiber strength (3.66±1.33) was higherthan that of control group (2.56±1.08level), pad test negative rate (62.50%) was higher thanthat of control group (31.25%), the cure rate (37.50%) was higher than that of control group(9.40%), P <0.05, there was a statistically significant difference between.CONCLUSIONS:The use of individualized biofeedback and vaginal electrical stimulation with pelvic floormuscle training in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence has exact curative effect, better than simple pelvic floor muscle training, clinical strong operability, is acceptable to patients, convenient, simple operation and other advantages of grassroots.
