Objective: To discuss the influence factors of clinical pregnancy rate in intrauterine insemination(IUI).Methods: A total of 174 couples who received IUI treatment in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June 2013 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed for 364 cycles. The relationship between the age, infertility years, female BMI,female ovarian function, male semen status, whether having ovulation induction treatment, and the number of inseminations in the same cycle and the clinical pregnancy rate of IUl was compared and analyzed between the pregnant and non-pregnant groups. Results: 1.The AMH of female patients in the pregnancy group was higher than that in the non-pregnant group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);2.The proportion of forward motile sperm, the sperm DNA integrity, and the total number of forward motile sperm after optimization of the female patients in the pregnancy group were higher than that in the non-pregnant group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The pregnancy rate of patients in the ovulation-induction cycle group(20.86%)was higher than that in the natural cycle pregnancy rate(12.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The pregnancy rate in the double insemination group(18.60%)was higher than that in the single insemination group(8.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Logistic regression analysis of factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate of patients received IUI,and the results showed that female patients with AMH,male patients with sperm DNA integrity, total number of forward motile sperm after optimization, ovulation induction therapy, and two inseminations were independent factors for the pregnancy success of patients received IUI treatment(OR =16.206,1.235,1.908,4.530,23.054;P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusions: AMH,sperm DNA integrity, the total number of for ward motile sperm after optimization, ovulation induction therapy, and double inseminations were the factors that led to the success of IUI pregnancy.
