| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the comprehensive deepening of the reform of medical and health system and the medical model change,People’s health level and physical quality continue to improve.At the same time,China continuously launched``the universal two-child ’’ policy and``healthy China’’ construction major decision,it is clearly shown that the total demand for medical services and the quality of medical services of maternal and child groups have also been significantly improved.Public maternal and child hospitals also have extremely important responsibilities in the above two policies.However,the higher the degree of specialty nature of the hospital is,the greater the pressure of workload and quality of work.Facing the problems of high degree of occupational risk,heavy workload and more contradictions between doctors and patients,it is a common situation for clinicians,especially obstetricians in public hospitals.At the same time,it also brings greater medical and service challenges to the occupational group of obstetrical medical staff.Firstly,this study systematically combs the conceptual significance,dimensions and related questionnaires of job stress,job crafting,thriving at work,servant leadership,workplace friendship and job performance with the direction of the paper.After that,the interaction between variables is logically integrated.Then starting from the paper,we can find the relevant theoretical support,including: the theory of job stressors,the cognitive interaction theory of stress coping,and the theory of job design.On the basis of these three theories,the mechanism of their research is analyzed.Then,the theoretical and hypothetical models of the impact of obstetrician’s work stress on work performance were established based on the logical relationship between variables.By using empirical research method and combining the classical scales of the above six variables with the specific situation of obstetricians in public maternity and child specialty hospitals,and using relevant statistical software,such as SPSS,AMOS and PROCESS,this paper makes an effective hypothesis analysis and model test on the relevant models established by myself.Finally,the validity of the model is verified.Then,taking six public maternity and child hospitals in Shanghai as an example,some obstetricians in these six public maternity and child hospitals were interviewed and analyzed in a certain number of effective cases.And then,the common problems in the management of obstetrician’s work stress were deeply analyzed,and the causes were analyzed scientifically.Finally,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions on the above issues,expecting to improve obstetricians’ work stress,work mood,organizational and leadership style and friendship among colleagues through this method,so as to improve obstetricians’ work performance and improve the overall effectiveness of the organization. |
