County Maternal And Child Health Care Institution Performance Evaluation Index System Research

In recent years,along with the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of the medical and health system reform,the people's growing health care needs,separate two-child policy implemented since 2013,to 2015 two-child policy is open,the number of maternal and infant in China has gradually rise,maternal and child health work in China is facing a great challenge to strengthen the performance management of maternal and child health care institutions,improve the social benefit and economic benefit is an important process of organization to sustainable development.This topic through the relevant research methods,design scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation index system of county maternal and child health care institutions,for the county maternal and child health care institutions provide theoretical basis for the performance evaluation of evaluation.Firstly,the performance evaluation system model of county-level women and children's health institutions was constructed by using the literature review method and the expert interview method,and the evaluation index system of performance evaluation was proposed.The reliability and stability of the questionnaire were followed by reliability and validity.Screening evaluation index by applying the method of Delphi,again to the basic situation,the positive coefficient of consulting experts,the authority of the expert opinion coefficient,degree of concentration and coordination,to detect the opinions of experts and the reliability of the predicted results coordination;Then,based on the Delphi method,the applied analytic hierarchy process determines the weight of each index.the feasibility of the evaluation index system of county-level women and children's health institutions was verified.This topic constructs the maternal and child health care institutions at the county level performance evaluation model and index system for performance evaluation of maternal and child health care institutions at the county level,including medical and health service work efficiency indicators,health care,maternal and child health care service quality of public health,social benefit,economic benefits and development potential,the index of 6 one class,30 secondary indexes,the weighting each indexes,and the logical consistency inspection result satisfied.The questionnaire is tested with better reliability and validity.Three rounds of questionnaires effective recovery were greater than 80%,the expertauthority coefficient is greater than 0.9,the coordination coefficient of evaluation index by significance test P values are less than 0.05,the opinions of the representation of consulting experts,coordination and good reliability.This topic constructs six dimensions of work efficiency,quality of health care,public health of women and children,economic benefit,social benefit and institutional development potential.The performance evaluation index system for county women and children's health institutions was designed.Provide the basis for the performance evaluation of the maternal and child health organization,and lay a good foundation for the performance management and sustainable development of the hospital.
