Objective The purpose of this study was to detect the difference of serum adiponectin,HCG,progesterone and D-dimer levels between normal pregnancy and missed abortion,and to explore the relationship between serum adiponectin,HCG,progesterone and D-dimer levels and adverse outcomes of early pregnancy.Methods: 200 cases of early pregnant women(7~8 weeks of pregnancy)were prospectively collected from November 2016 to December 2017.The clinical data of pregnant women was recorded,including age,gestational age,height,weight,maternal history,past history and family history.Serum levels of HCG,progesterone,adiponectin and D-dimer levels in early pregnancy(1st,3rd and 5th days of admission)were examined and continually checked in the following 12 weeks.40 cases of missed abortion were classified as the observation group,and 40 normal pregnant women were randomly selected as the control group.Based on the comparative study of differences of serum adiponectin value between normal pregnancy and missed abortion,the paper discussed the relationship between serum adiponectin levels and missed abortion,through comprehensively analyzing height,weight,gestational age,blood HCG,progesterone,D-dimer,family history and serum adiponectin levels of the two groups.Results: By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,it shows that compared with the serum adiponectin level in normal pregnant patients,the serum adiponectin level of patients with missed abortion decreased significantly on the 1st,3rd,and 5th day after admission(P<0.05);Decreased adiponectin levels,decreased blood HCG,decreased progesterone,and elevated D-dimer are closely related to the occurrence of missed abortion.The highest HCG AUC,0.9 sensitivity,specificity 0.8;serum adiponectin sensitivity 0.6,specificity 0.8;D-dimer sensitivity 0.65,specificity 0.85;the progesterone sensitivity was 0.8,and the specificity was 0.6.Conclusion: Compared with normal pregnancy,serum adiponectin levels in patients with missed abortion are significantly reduced so that it is proved abnormal expression of serum adiponectin may be important in the occurrence and development of missed abortion.Meanwhile,patients with missed abortion were also correlated with the decrease of HCG,progesterone and D-dimer.Hence,detection of serumadiponectin level is helpful to predict clinical diseases.
