| Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the rehabilitation of affected limb function after arthroscopy in early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis, and to explore the clinical value of point-and-rib manipulation in improving the rehabilitation of affected limb function after arthroscopy. Methods: The study period was from January 2019 to December 2019,patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method after arthroscopic debridement, and 60 patients were finally included in the study.Specific treatment methods:the control group: give routine functional exercise: 1.Ankle pump training;2.Quadriceps contraction training;3.Weight free knee bending training, three kinds of exercise methods,10 times each, one time, three times for one group, one group in the morning and one group in the evening, two groups every day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks, one course in total.Test group: on the basis of the control group, add points and tendons: 1.Massage and release the muscle tissue around the knee with the methods of dialing and kneading for 3-5minutes;2.Click Blood Sea point,Liangqiu point,Yanglingquan point, yinlingquan point,Yangguan point, heding point and Zusanli point, each point for 30 seconds;3.Use the methods of holding and rolling Press and knead the quadriceps femoris, popliteal fossa and the muscle tissue behind the leg for 3-5min;4.Train with passive ankle pump to make the muscle group behind the leg feel sore and tight, and relax after about 10 seconds, and repeat the operation for 2-3 times;5.Bend the hip and knee passively: the operator holds the front foot of the affected limb with one hand, holds the popliteal fossa with the other hand, and does hip and knee bending with both hands After passive movement to the patient’s conscious maximum angle, keep still for 10 seconds, then straighten the hip and knee joint, and then bend the hip and knee to repeat the above movement. The above five manipulations are calculated as once,15-20 min / time(depending on the patient’s tolerance),once in the morning and once in the evening, twice a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks, one course in total. On the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day after treatment, knee flexion and extension,VAS score,WOMAC score and Lysholm score were collected, and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data.Results:1.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the data of gender, age, course, side and stage of 60 patients who met the standard and completed 4-week treatment.2.Knee joint flexion and extension: the difference of knee joint flexion and extension between the two groups in 7,14,21 and 28 days after operation was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.WOMAC score: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the knee joint function of the two groups was improved after treatment. The score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.VAS score: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)on the 7,14,21 and 28 days after operation;the difference between the two groups on the 7th day after operation was not statistically significant(P = 0.095 > 0.05);the difference between the two groups on the 14,21 and 28 days after operation was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Lysholm score: the difference of Lysholm score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Point manipulation can promote rehabilitation of affected limb after knee arthroplasty under KOA arthroscopy in early and mid stage, and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application. |
