Objective:This study was based on “Kang's academic theory of YiYu” on chronic hepatitis B.By observing the clinical efficacy of modified decoction of Xiaoqinlian combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combination therapy. Methods:The study subjects were patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis who were treated at the Liver Disease Center of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to June 2019.A total of 114 patients who met the study criteria were randomly divided into 57 patients in the observation group and 57 patients in the control group. The former was treated with modified decoction of Xiaoqinlian and entecavir, and the latter was treated with entecavir for at least 6 months. At last,we evaluated the efficacy of the two groups by observing liver function, virological response, liver stiffness, liver biopsy pathology results, and TCM symptom scores. Results:?In this study, the number of drop-out patients was 6 in total, including 4 patients in the observation group and 2 patients in the control group. There were 53 patients in the observation group, all with a treatment course for more than 6 months, while 29 of them received 12-month treatment. All patients in the control group had 12 months of treatment;?After 3 months of treatment: in terms of HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, the observation group was higher than that of the control group and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);?After 6 months of treatment:(1)In terms of the level of ALT and AST,HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, both the two groups had effects(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)In terms of reducing liver stiffness and improving TCM symptom scores, the two groups of patients improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.001).While the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,45 patients in the observation group achieved effective and marked effects, with an efficiency of 84.9%,while 41 patients in the control group achieved effectiveness, with an efficiency of 74.5%.The efficacy of the two groups was statistically different(P <0.05);?After 12 months of treatment:(1)In terms of reducing liver stiffness and improving TCM symptom scores, patients in the observation group for 12 months were significantly better than those in the 6-month group(P<0.001),and also better than the control group for 12 months(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the proportion of patients who achieved significant results and were cured in the observation group reached 89.6%,which was significantly higher than the 50.9% in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The modified decoction of Xiaoqinlian combined with entecavir can prevent liver fibrosis, promote HBV-DNA negative conversion, improve TCM symptom scores and the efficacy of TCM symptoms on Damp-heat-encapsulated on Chronic Hepatitis B,and the combined effect is better than entecavir alone.2.In terms of anti-liver fibrosis, compared with entecavir alone, the modified decoction of Xiaoqinlian combined with entecavir for 6 months can effectively improve the liver fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and the effect will be more significant if the treatment is extended to 12 months.
