Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Ruangan Decoction Or Antiviral Therapy On Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

Objective: In this study,we compared the clinical efficacy of the combination of the Ruangan decoction with entecavir and the single entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis.In order to provide help for the treatment of hepatitis b patients with liver fibrosis.Methods:(1)According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,patients with hepatitis b liver fibrosis who visited Fuzhou NO.2 hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.(2)The included patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens:the experimental group was the treatment group of ruangan decoction combined with entecavir.The control group was treated with entecavir alone.(3)TCM symptom score,liver function,liver hardness value,and virological response were observed at 6 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment.Results:(1)after 6 months of treatment:(1)In terms of TCM symptom score,ALT and AST,both the experimental group and the control group were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)In terms of liver hardness value,HBVDNA level and negative conversion rate of HBVDNA,both the experimental group and the control group were better than before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)12 months of treatment:(1)TCM symptom score: the TCM symptom score of both the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group at 6 months(P<0.05),while that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)according to the curative effect of TCM syndromes,in the experimental group,3 patients were cured clinically,of which 20 were obviously cured,9 were effective and 0 were ineffective.In the control group,there were 0 patients who were cured clinically,including 10 patients with obvious effect,23 patients with effective effect,and 0 patients with ineffective effect.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.(3)ALT,AST and liver hardness of the two groups were all improved after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The HBVDNA level in both groups was lower than that at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in negative conversion rate of HBVDNA between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Ruangan decoction combined with entecavir antiviral treatment of hepatitis b patients with liver fibrosis,in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms Points,Chinese medicine symptoms and liver inflammation are better than entecavir alone antiviral treatment,prolonged treatmentBetween,the effect is more significant than before.(2)In the treatment of 6 months,there was no difference in the anti-fibrosis effect between the combination of the ruangan decoction and the treatment effect of entecavir alone.However,when the duration of treatment was extended to 12 months,the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis was significantly better than that of entecavir alone.
