Objective: To explore the relationship between the results of oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)in the second trimester of pregnancy and the adverse outcomes of perinatal mothers and infants. Methods: Data of 2138 normal pregnant women and 631 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)who were hospitalized and delivered from January 2016 to July 2019 were extracted.GDM was divided into three groups according to OGTT results in the second trimester of pregnancy: One blood glucose abnormality was found in group I;two blood glucose abnormalities were found in group II;three blood glucose abnormalities were found in group III;According to the different time points of abnormal blood glucose, fasting blood glucose abnormality was found in group Ia,OGTT-1h abnormality was found in group Ib,OGTT-2h abnormality was found in group Ic,FBG+OGTT-1h abnormality were found in group IIa,FBG+OGTT-2h abnormality were found in group IIb,OGTT-1h+OGTT-2h abnormality were found in group IIc,and the relationship between different OGTT results and perinatal outcomes was analyzed. Results: Compared with normal pregnant women, the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in group III increased(OR=2.00;95%Cl:1.31-2.95),the risk of macrosomia in Ia(OR=1.89;95%Cl:1.06-3.39)and Ib groups(OR=2.34;95%Cl:1.04-5.24)were higher, the risk of premature birth was higher in group Ic(OR=2.23;95%Cl:1.16-4.29)?Conclusion: Abnormal characteristics of OGTT in the second trimester of pregnancy are related to adverse pregnancy outcomes. It is necessary to carry out risk stratification management for GDM patients according to the characteristics of OGTT.
