Objective:To explore the effects of rehabilitation exercise on the swallowing function, anxiety, depression, incidence of pneumonia in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods:A total of 108 stroke patients who were admitted to the third-class hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group(54cases)and the control group(54 cases)according to the time of consultation. The time of intervention was 3 weeks. On the basis of routine care, the control group received Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation treatment;in addition to the Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation treatment, the experimental group also received rehabilitation interventions for dysphagia after stroke.Collect general information,Standardized Swallowing Assessment score, the level of Water Swallowing Test level,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-Rating Depression Scale score before intervention. And collect Standardized Swallowing Assessment score, the level of Water Swallowing Test level,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-Rating Depression Scale score, incidence of pneumonia, incidence of adverse events, adherence rate of rehabilitation exercise after intervention. After the data collection was completed, statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation exercises for dysphagia after stroke. Results:A total of 101 study objects completed the intervention and data collection,50 in the experimental group and 51 in the control group. After 3 weeks of intervention, the results of the study showed:(1)There was no significant difference in the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)scores between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).Later,the SSA score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.3±3.78 vs.27.23±4.36),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Thedifference in the recovery rate of swallowing function between the test group and the control group was statistically significant. The recovery rate of swallowing function in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SAS score and SDS score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,The SAS score(40.20±5.03 vs.42.73±5.39)and SDS score(42.78±5.92 vs.44.98±5.01)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pneumonia in the experimental group(4%)was lower than that in the control group(11.7%),but statistical analysis showed no significant difference in the incidence of pneumonia between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse events occurred in the experimental group and the control group. The patient's compliance rate for rehabilitation training was over 83.3%.Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise for dysphagia after stroke is a safe, effective and feasible rehabilitation program. It can effectively improve the swallowing function, anxiety and depression levels of stroke patients, and has good safety and compliance rate. The rehabilitation nursing method can be promoted in the clinic.
