Objective: To study the clinical value of multi-parameter magnetic resonance(mp MRI)and transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)fusion guided prostate biopsy.Methods: The study consist of 48 patients who are diagnosed with prostate cancer at the hospital and who plan to perform prostate biopsy.The general clinical data is collected and the relevant laboratory and imaging examinations are completed.Those results are analyzed.Secondly,the same patient is perform the systematic prostate biopsy(SB)and the fusion guided prostate biopsy(TB).The pathological results under SB?TB and SB combined with TB(SB+TB)are compared and analyzed.The clinical value of mp MRI-TRUS fusion guided prostate biopsy is discussed.Results: 1.mp MRI,transabdominal ultrasound and TRUS were statistically significant in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and total coincidence rate of mp MRI and TRUS were higher than transabdominal ultrasound.2.The detection rate of SB prostate cancer was 43.8%,the detection rate of TB was 43.8%,the detection rate of SB+TB was 47.9%,and the detection rate was SB + TB>TB>SB,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of SB-sl prostate cancer was 41.7%,the detection rate of SB-ol was 18.8%,and the detection rate was SB-sl>SB-ol,but the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but when they cooperate with TB,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the missed diagnosis rate and the Gleason score between SB and TB(P>0.05).4.There was significant difference between the TB and SB core-puncture malignant rate(P<0.05)and the difference of TB and SB Gleason score ?7-point was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Transrectal strain elastography has high diagnostic value for the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostate disease.2.mp MRI-TRUS fusion guided prostate biopsy can reduce the number of cores while ensuring the detection rate of prostatecancer,and can provide higher quality specimens with clinical intervention value,which is of value in reducing over-diagnosis and over-treatment of prostate cancer.
