Observation On The Curative Effect Of Ginger Moxibustion Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of HP Positive Stomachache With Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And Cold

Objective:to investigate the efficacy of ginger moxibustion combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP positive patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold stomachache by symptom score,SF-36 scale,gastrointestinal quality of life index GIQLI and ¹³ C HP,and to compare it with that of western medicine group.Methods:in this study,70 HP positive patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold stomachache were randomly divided into ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group?experimental group?and simple western medicine group?control group?.The simple western medicine group was treated with furazolidone clarithromycin esomeprazole compound bismuth alginate quadruple therapy,ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group was treated with ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group,and the drug group was treated with western medicine group?n=35?,and the western medicine group?n=35?was treated with furazolidone clarithromycin and bismuth alginate compound bismuth alginate.The changes of symptom score,SF-36 scale,gastrointestinal quality of life index GIQLI and ¹33 C HP were observed before and 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment.The effect was analyzed and processed statistically.The results of the study are as follows:1.The curative effect:after treatment,the effective rate of ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group was 88.57%,the total effective rate was 97.14%,the effective rate of simple western medicine group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate was 91.43%.The curative effect of ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group was significantly different from that of western medicine group?P<0.05?. 2.The change of symptom score:the symptom score of the two groups after treatment was significantly different from that of the same group before treatment ?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference between ginger moxibustion group and western medicine group before and after treatment?P>0.05?.3.The score of SF--36 scale in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups compared with the score of SF-36 scale before treatment?P<0.05?,and the score of SF-36 scale in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group before treatment?P<0.05?.The scores of SF-36scale after treatment in ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group were significantly higher than those in western medicine group after 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0 05?,and the score of ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment?P<0 05?. 4.GIQLI score:the GIQLI score of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the GIQLI score before treatment?P<0.05?.The GIQLI score of ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group after1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.5.There was no significant difference in the results of 13 C HP blowing between the two groups after treatment compared with the western medicine group?P>0.05?.Study conclusions:1.Ginger moxibustion combined with quadruple therapy and simple quadruple therapy have good clinical effect on improving the clinical symptoms,SF-36 scale score,GIQLI score and promoting the negative result of 13 C HP blowing in HP positive patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold stomachache.2.The short-term and long-term scores of ginger moxibustion combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP positive patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold stomachache were better than those of SF-36 scale and GIQLI scale.
