Research On Payment Risk Prevention Of Fuzhou Medical Insurance Fund

Social medical insurance is an important part of the national welfare guarantee,and also an important guarantee for the people to enjoy the right to a healthy life.The aging degree is accelerating,the spectrum of diseases is changing quietly,and the burden of medical insurance fund payment is becoming heavier and heavier.Without increasing the burden of the people and private enterprises,how to effectively avoid the risk of fund payment and make the medical insurance fund run healthily and smoothly becomes not only our country,but also the whole world.Research hotspots in countries with medical insurance systems.In order to preventing risks of medical insurance fund pays,papers in the public sector risk management and information asymmetry theory as the instruction,the analysis of fuzhou fund of medical treatment insurance to pay data,on the basis of recognition of fuzhou ginseng protect personnel structure existing in the medical insurance fund pays,economic environment,policy,the method of payment,and moral factors such as risk,insurance ginseng protect reimbursement policy change analysis to explore the causes of risk,risk prevention measures is analyzed on the achievements and the existing clinics,hospital use problems of excessive medical treatment expenses rules,from two aspects of medical insurance fund flow and the parties combined with case interview to investigate its reason,It is concluded that the prevention of the risk of fund payment in fuzhou has "light head and big feet,protruding belly",and that both doctors and patients have weak consciousness of protection and supervision.On the basis of comparing the experience and lessons of other cities in China in preventing the risk of fund payment,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on optimizing and improving the mechanism of medical insurance policy making,the competitive environment of medical market and the supervision mode of medical insurance fund.
