Echinococcosis is a major parasitic disease,mainly caused by the larva of echinococcus tapeworm infected human body,and thus caused zoonosis.Among them,vesicular Echinococcosis is commonly known as "worm cancer".If it is not effectively treated,the 10-year mortality rate is as high as more than 90%.Sichuan province is one of the provinces with the most serious echinococcosis in China.It not only seriously harms the health and life safety of the people in the epidemic areas,but also restricts the social,economic and cultural development of the epidemic areas.Combined with literature review,this paper provides theoretical support for the research design and strategy based on the theories of health communication,the current situation of echinococcosis information communication reports and the research on health information seeking behavior.In reference to the mainstream of health communication on the basis of related research theory and the method of questionnaire and depth interview practice by stages through three years observation and investigation,combined with communication expert opinion,echinococcosis industry domain expertise and echinococcosis popular Tibetan areas county health advice,the village,in our opinion,finally made the communication strategy of health information.Based on the susceptible population of echinococcosis in Tibetan areas of sichuan province,the research aims to explore the communication strategy of health information of echinococcosis.How about the media contact and use of the people susceptible to echinococcosis in Tibetan areas of sichuan.How to change passive access to actively seek for health information of echinococcosis to achieve cognition,trust and attitude change,to achieve "unity of knowledge and action",so as to make the information "in the ear and in the heart".How to make susceptible people improve their access to health information,improve their motivation and change their behavior.In the process of seeking,what are the persuasion behaviors of each channel,which channels should be focused on persuasion,and what aspects should be carried out in the communication strategy of echinococcosis health information?In order to solve these problems,the relationship between attitudes,cognition and behaviors of prevention and treatment was clarified through the analysis of SPSS software,including media contact,information seeking,media use,information supportand social capital support.Combined with the actual investigation,the problems and difficulties in the communication of health information were sorted out,and the final health information communication strategy for echinococcosis was formulated.(2)mobilize the masses to seek information actively and raise the awareness of mass defense.(3)establish health information communication communities online and offline by using mobile Internet social platforms.(4)using "significant others" to establish cooperation with professional social media.(5)unite religious opinion leaders and make good use of interpersonal communication.(6)tell the prevention and control stories of Tibetan areas well and carry out various forms of publicity and mobilization.(7)emphasis on the principles of information communication and build an ethical consensus on the healthy communication of echinococcosis.Such as the principle of easy to understand,accessible principles,scientific principles,risk assessment principles.We hope to further control the prevalence of echinococcosis and other key parasitic diseases,consolidate the prevention and control effects of the government and the society in the early stage,solve some social problems,enhance the information among the masses,and promote the social development and long-term peace and stability of the Tibetan areas in Sichuan.
