Objective: The visual acuity,CMT(central macroscopic thickness)and placental growth factor in aqueous humor of patients with neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration(n AMD)were measured before and after three consecutive anti-VEGF injections,The concentrations of Pl GF and VEGF were compared and the relationship between BCVA and CMT,and angiogenic factors were analyzed.To explore the pathological development mechanism of Pl GF in n AMD.Methods: From May 2019 to January 2020,18 patients who were hospitalized in 301 Hospital were enrolled in the study.The experimental group consisted of 11 patients with nmad,divided into group A(5 cases,5 eyes)and group B(6 cases,7 eyes).Group A / B received intravitreal injection of conbercept(0.5mg / 0.05ml)/ ranibizumab(0.5mg / 0.05ml)(intravitreal concept / ranibizumab,IVC / IVR),and aqueous humor was collected after IVC / IVR injection.In the control group(7 cases and 7 eyes),aqueous humor was collected during the operation.BCVA and CMT of the experimental group were monitored 3 weeks after the initial three needle operation.VEGF and Pl GF in aqueous humor were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result:1.Mean VEGF and Pl GF concentrations:The baseline of experimental group A was 62.84 ± 16.11pg/ml,25.51 ± 3.00pg/ml,57.73 ± 20.65pg/ml,24.83 ± 3.26pg/ml,47.16 ± 15.04pg/ml,28.50 ± 5.03pg/ml,respectively;The baseline of experimental group B was 155.71 ± 55.88pg/ml and 30.19 ± 2.90pg/ml respectively;127.193 ± 40.774pg/ml and 28.694 ± 3.545pg/ml respectively after the first acupuncture;91.74 ± 48.50pg/ml and 29.00 ± 4.18pg/ml respectively after the second acupuncture(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in VEGF between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Pl GF and baseline(P > 0.05)The control group was 210.750 ± 202.521pg/ml and 47.693 ± 2.894pg/ml respectively.2.Comparison of baseline VEGF and Pl GF concentrations:There was significant difference between experimental group A and B(P < 0.05);there was significant difference between experimental group A and control group in VEGF concentration(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference in Pl GF concentration(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between experimental group B and control group in VEGF concentration(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in Pl GF concentration(P < 0.05).3.The comparison of VEGF and Pl GF in experimental group A and B after treatment:There was no significant difference in the first injection(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in the second injection(P > 0.05).4.BCVA and CMT were as follows at baseline and 3 weeks after operationIn experimental group A,BCVA was 1.08 ± 0.71,1.04± 0.77,1.02 ± 0.77,1.02 ± 0.77;CMT was 449.57 ±249.78? m,302.14 ±107.63 ? m,293.57 ± 111.83 ? m,280.86 ± 112.38 ? m,and there was no significant difference between BCVA and CMT before and after treatment(P > 0.05);In experimental group B,BCVA was 1.01 ± 0.51,0.86 ± 0.51,0.69 ± 0.53,0.69 ± 0.53;CMT: 449.57 ± 249.78 ? m,302.14 ± 107.63 ? m,293.57 ± 111.82 ? m,280.86 ± 112.38 ? m,there was no significant difference between the baseline BCVA at the first three weeks after operation(P > 0.05),There was significant difference in baseline BCVA between the second and third operations(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in baseline CMT between the three operations(P > 0.05);The BCVA of the control group was 1.41 ± 0.81.5.Baseline BCVA comparison: there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference between BCVA and CMT before and after treatment in experimental group A and B(P = > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The concentration of VEGF and Pl GF in aqueous humor of patients with AMD may be related to CMT;2.The morphology of retina and visual acuity were improved after IVC and IVR;3.The concentration of VEGF decreased after IVC and IVR,but there was no significant difference in the concentration of Pl GF.
