ObjectivePatients with blunt chest trauma(BCT)often suffer from myocardial injury.Conduct community health education for risk factors, with a view to reducing the mortality and disability rate of Blunt Myocardial Injury.MethodsRetrospectively collected patients with multiple injuries, mainly BCT,admitted to the emergency surgery department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.According to the criteria of myocardial injury, patients were divided into myocardial injury group and non-myocardial injury group.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed on the basic data, clinical manifestations, laboratory and auxiliary examination data of patients in different groups.ResultsAmong 148 patients with BCT,31 patients had myocardial injury and 117 patients had no myocardial injury.Among them, combined with diabetes, combined with coronary heart disease, smoking age, smoking history,AIS-ISS trauma score, albumin, fibrinogen, bilateral rib involvement, chest tightness, shortness of breath, general malaise, tachycardia,T wave changes,ST segment Abnormality, age, and type of injury are associated with myocardial injury after BCT.The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that patients with previous coronary heart disease, smoking history, and high trauma score were prone to myocardial injury after BCT.Conclusions1.Patients with coronary heart disease, previous smoking history, and high trauma score have a higher risk of myocardial injury after BCT;2.For community prevention of myocardial injury after BCT,educate all citizens to abide by traffic laws and improve trauma prevention awareness;people with previous coronary heart disease, diabetes and smoking history are prone to myocardial jnjury.Remind that self-management of basic diseases should be done and life habits changed.
