Effect Of Jinqi Capsule On Chronic Gastritis Infected By Helicobacter Pylori

Objective To analyze the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection through clinical control study.Through the application of quadruple therapy plus Jinqi capsule treatment,the clinical efficacy was analyzed,and it was clear that Jinqi capsule could improve the Hp clearance rate and improve the clinical symptoms of patients in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection,so as to provide a better choice for clinical treatment.Methods All the cases were collected from outpatients of spleen-stomach department of Enshi National Hospital.Through electronic gastroscopy and ¹⁴C breath test detection,clear for helicobacter pylori infection in chronic gastritis,traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?syndrome type belong to the 100 patients of syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach,randomly assigned as the experimental group and the control group,50cases in each group,control group given amoxicillin capsule,furazolidone,stomach bi magnesium granules,ray enteric capsules,treatment on the basis of the experimental group in the control group take jinqi capsule treatment,a course of 2weeks,the two groups after treatment to observe curative effect,drug withdrawal review Hp value,a month later by Hp eradication of value judgment whether success,by TCM symptom rating scale index of evaluating the effect of TCM symptoms and,Three months later,electronic gastroscopy was conducted to compare the conditions of gastric mucosa under endoscope before and after treatment.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results the general data?including gender,age and TCM symptoms?of the two groups before treatment were not significantly different?P>0.05?,which was comparable.After 2weeks of drug therapy,there were significant differences in Hp value,TCM symptoms,efficacy index and improvement of gastric mucosa between the two groups compared with the control group?P<0.05?,showing statistical significance.During the experiment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Respiration,heart rate,body temperature and blood pressure were all within the normal range,making the drug safe for the test.Conclusion jinqi capsule combined quadruple therapy of TCM in the treatment of syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach;Hp gastritis symptom scores?main symptoms and secondary symptoms score?,TCM symptoms curative effect,Hp eradicate rate,to improve the situation of endoscopic gastric mucosa have curative effect,less patient during drug adverse reaction,high safety,is worth popularizing clinically.
