Clinical Study About The Academic Thought Of He Huanrong And Heshi Gastritis Decoction Treating HPAG With Syndrome Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:This clinical study is aimed at summarizing the academic thought of He Huanrong and observing the clinical efficacy and side clinical efficacy of Heshi Gastritis Decoction combination with western medicine in treating HPAG with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, observing the syndrome and clinical effective rate at the end of the treatment and one month later, and observing the eradication rat of Hp and the improving of gastric mucosa.Methods:We collected 64 HPAG patients with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach by gathering out-patients data from October last year to May this year in Suzhou Hostital of TCM. They were divided into two groups. One group was the treatment group,32 patients of which were treated with Heshi Gastritis Decoction combination with western medicine. The other group was the control group, which was treated with western medicine. Both groups were treated for ten days. At the end of the treatment, record the syndrome and the side clinical efficacy.One month later, record the syndrome, the result of review of Hp and the gastric mucosal inflammation. Eventually we recorded HPAG information and data into computer for forward statistical analysis.Result:1. According to the 64 volunteers' epidemiological materials show that there are no difference between the treatment group and the control group at the beginning of the clinical study (P>0.05).2. According to the 64 volunteers' treatment materials show that the treatment group's side clinical efficacy rate is lower than the control group (P<0.05)3. According to the 64 volunteers' treatment materials show that the treatment group's syndrome is better than the control group at the end of the treatment (P<0.05), also the clinical effective rate is higher than the control group (P<0.05).4. According to the 64 volunteers' treatment materials show that,one month later, there are no significantly different between treatment group and the control group in syndrome, clinical effective rate and the eradication rat of Hp(P>0.05), but the treatment group's gastric mucosa is better than the control group (P<0.05).5. This study also shows that, one month later after the trentment, there is no significantly different between the Hp eradication patients in the treatment and the control group about the syndrome and the gastric mucosa (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. Heshiweiyan Decoction can reduce the side clinical efficacy.2. Heshiweiyan Decoction can improve clinical effective rate during the treatment.3. Heshiweiyan Decoction can improve gastric mucosa...
