Objective To explore correlation between incidence rate of reperfusion arrhythmia(RA)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with influence factors in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI).Methods Based on the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 275 AMI patients treated by emergency PCI from January 1,2018 to October 31,2019 in the cardiology department of our hospital, the patients were divided into control group(n=165)and RA group(n=110)according to the occurrence of RA.We collected the basic data, previous medical history, vital signs at admission, the results of the first auxiliary examination after admission, and the data of emergency PCI immediately after admission, and analyzed the possible factors of RA by binary logistic regression. Results The incidence of RA in AMI patients after emergency PCI was 40%.Univariate analysis showed that the control group and RA group had hypertension, type 2 diabetes, smoking history, time from onset to emergency PCI,infarct related artery(IRA),coronary collateral circulation, number of vascular lesions and serum potassium, which were statistically significant.8 factors of appeal were taken as independent variables, whether RA occurred or not as dependent variables.,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that 7 factors of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, smoking history, time from onset to emergency PCI,coronary collateral circulation, number of vascular lesions and serum potassium were the related factors of RA during PCI in patients with AMI(P<0.05).Hypertension(OR 4.955,95% C.I.2.563-9.582),type 2 diabetes(OR 2.309,95% C.I.1.218-4.380),smoking history(OR 2.934,95% C.I.1.564-5.504),time from onset to emergency PCI less than 6 hours(OR 2.078,95% C.I.1.116-3.870)and with pour coronary collateral circulation(OR 2.334,95% C.I.1.231-4.425)were the risk factor of RA in emergency PCI of AMI patients.Multiple vessel lesions(OR 0.221,95% C.I.0.112-0.437)and normal blood potassium(OR 0.325,95% C.I.0.172-0.612)were the protective factors of RA in emergency PCI of AMI patients;but there was no significant difference in IRA.Conclusion The incidence of RA in AMI patients after emergency PCI was 40%.Hypertensio,type 2 diabetes, smoking history, time from onset to emergency PCI less than 6 hours, coronary collateral circulation and with pour coronary collateral circulation were the risk factor of RA in emergency PCI of AMI patients.Multiple vessel lesions and normal blood potassium were protective factors in the development of RA among AMI patients.
