Research On Performance Evaluation Of Public Hospital Equipment Procurement

In recent years,China’s medical and health sector system reform has achieved rapid development.As an important resource of public hospitals,medical equipment is increasingly focused on hospital management.Standardized and orderly implementation of medical equipment procurement,scientific allocation of medical equipment,directly become the key to the healthy operation of public hospitals,affecting the core competitiveness of public hospitals.This paper briefly describes the purchase and operation of medical equipment in public hospitals in China.Through the benefit evaluation of the operation effect and maintenance cost of medical equipment,it studies how to improve the rationality of modern medical equipment purchase and the effect of state-owned assets recycling under the condition that the total funds of public hospitals are controlled by the financial budget.With the help of the improvement of decision-making process of medical equipment procurement,the utilization efficiency of medical equipment procurement funds in public hospitals is optimized to maximize the economic benefits of public hospitals.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of performance evaluation of public hospital equipment procurement,mainly including: the concept overview of medical equipment,the characteristics and classification of medical equipment,the concept,principles and basic content of procurement quality management.Firstly,the paper discusses the function of equipment procurement performance evaluation model,explains the principle of index composition,the composition of index system,the selection of evaluation method and evaluation standard,and formulates the management process framework of equipment procurement evaluation.Then,taking 64 rows of high-end spiral CT purchased by Beijing tr hospital as an example,a performance evaluation model of equipment procurement is constructed.Through the actual effect of the procurement quality evaluation model in the specific work,the effectiveness of procurement performance evaluation in the decision-making process of public hospital equipment procurement is proved,and then a benefit analysis method of large-scale medical equipment in public hospital is formed.Finally,combined with the research content and practical work experience,the influencing factors and corresponding suggestions of procurement management are listed,and the optimization and improvement measures of procurement management are taken as the direction of follow-up research.
