With the rapid development of medical model and the continuous progress of science and technology,hospitals themselves are facing the pressure of change and transformation.As one of the supporting businesses of hospitals,hospital inspection business plays a pivotal role in the operation process of hospitals.Whether its business process is reasonable and whether it can meet the needs of reform has a great impact on the smooth progress of hospital reform and transformation.The operation status of the inspection process is good or bad,and the efficiency of the inspection process directly affects the patient satisfaction and the overall efficiency of the hospital.How to achieve "patient-centered" and enhance its core competitiveness through the optimization of the hospital inspection business process,so as to ensure the double growth of the patient satisfaction and the economic benefit of the hospital is one of the most important problems facing all major hospitals.This study takes A hospital as an example to study its inspection business process.First of all,review and verify the status quo of business processes;Secondly,by means of ASME analysis,questionnaire survey and fishbone diagram,the problems existing in the business process were analyzed.It was found that the problems mainly existed in six aspects: process problems before inspection and analysis,process problems during inspection and analysis,process problems after inspection and analysis,unreasonable layout and setting of inspection department,insufficient investment in information technology and lack of training of staff.In view of the problems,this paper improved the inspection business process from six aspects,including the pre-inspection and analysis process,the in-inspection and analysis process,the post-inspection and analysis process,laboratory environment equipment,information system and the inspection personnel training system,and put forward four safeguard measures,namely,cultivating the awareness of process improvement,establishing the problem communication mechanism,obtaining the support of hospital leaders and building intelligent laboratory.It is hoped that this study can provide certain reference for the improvement of the laboratory business process of Hospital A and the reform of similar hospitals,so that the efficiency of laboratory work can be improved,patients’ satisfaction with laboratory work can be improved,and doctors’ diagnostic efficiency can be satisfied,so that the hospital can have a higher level of operation and management and achieve good development.
