Objective: Analysis of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen on pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis diagnostic value,to search for clinical indicators and methods that can quickly determine pulmonary thromboembolism and deep venous thrombosis. Methods: Adopting the method of retrospective study,Collection in May 2011 to July 2018 in our hospital diagnosis for patients with pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, exclude severe liver and kidney disease, acute myocardial infarction, autoimmune diseases, connective tissue disease, pregnancy, diseases such as malignant tumor, activity, blood disease.Collected these patients plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen,C-reactive protein,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, blood platelet and blood sugar index as case group,a total of 1403.At the same time,non-venous thromboembolism patients in the same period were selected, and the test results of their plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen,C-reactive protein,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, blood platelet and blood sugar index were used as the control group,a total of 3998 cases. The collected data were analyzed by single factor Logistics regression analysis, and the P values of plasma d-dimer and fibrinogen were less than 0.05,which was statistically significant. Then SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve was used to calculate the area under the ROC Curve and 95% Confidence interval, calculate sensitivity, specific degree, boundary value The important points about an index,The Cut-off values, evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of plasma d-dimer and fibrinogen in pulmonary thromboembolism and deep venous thrombosis. Results: The levels of plasma d-dimer and fibrinogen in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Plasma D-dimer separately as pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis in the diagnosis of index of the area under the ROC curve was 0.865(95% CI: 0.851-0.878,P=0.000),the sensitivity was 76.2%,the specificity was 84.1%,and the Cut-off value was 0.835,fibrinogen separately as pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis in the diagnosis of index of the area under the ROC curve was 0.677(95% CI: 0.658-0.696,P=0.000),the sensitivity was 70.0%,the specificity was 60.1%,and the cut-off value was 3.25.The area under the ROC curve of the combined diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis by d-dimer and fibrinogen was 0.854(95%CI: 0.841-0.868,P=0.000),the sensitivity was 71.7%,the specificity was 84.6%.Conclusion: Plasma d-dimer and fibrinogen can be used as important indicators in the diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis under certain conditions.Plasma d-dimer and fibrinogen have certain significance and value in the diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis.
