Application And Analysis Of Penile Erectile Function Test In 500 Patients With Erectile Dysfunction

Objective:Analyze the results of 500 patients with penile erectile function test,explore the application of penile erection test in patients with erectile dysfunction,analyze the nocturnal penile erection test(NPT,nocturnal penile erection test)and visual stimulus test(AVSS,audio visual sexual stimulation)differences and the accuracy of the test results provide clearer and more detailed guidance for the diagnosis of patients with clinical erectile dysfunction.Methods:Penile erectile dysfunction was detected in patients who visited the urology clinic of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 and had a preliminary diagnosis of erectile dysfunction.The patient's age,the results of the IIEF-5 score sheet,The number of inspections,inspection results,and other statistical analysis.Results:(1)The 500 erectile dysfunction patients were mainly 21-40 year olds.The test results were valid in 484 cases and 16 cases were invalid.Among the invalid cases,2 and5 were caused by host failure,sensor failure and improper operation,9 people;(2)The effective results showed that 267 cases had normal erectile function and 217 cases had abnormal erectile function,of which 103 cases were tested repeatedly,and the consistent rate of repeated tests was 72.8%;(3)Different types of ED are different in each age group.The proportion of psychological ED in the above age group is: 5.99%,60.6%,28.08%,4.49%,0.75%;the proportion of organic ED in the corresponding age group Is: 1.4%,2.3%,66.8%,20.7%,8.8%.(4)There was a statistically significant difference in the number of erections,erection time,and erection hardness between the two test results of patients with repeated tests(P <0.05);(5)There was a statistically significant difference between the results of patients undergoing on-site AVSS examination and the results of NPT detection(P <0.05).Conclusion:Among patients with penile erectile dysfunction,young people(21-30 years old)are predominantly psychological ED,and middle-aged people(over 50 years old)are predominantly organic ED.In the middle-aged population of 31-40 years,the prevalence of the two types of ED is about the same,and the largest proportion of people in this age group;Compared with on-site AVSS examination,the accuracy of NPT results is more High,can be used in clinical analysis to determine the type of ED,and is worth further promotion and application.
