Objective:Compared with other imaging examinations such as CT,transabdominal US,and MRI,systematic evaluation of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)has advantages in the diagnosis of small pancreatic lesions(?2cm).Methods:By searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Digital Journal, database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP),Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library and other related databases, literature search was performed in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the documents that met the criteria were screened, and the quality of the included documents was evaluated using the QOADAS scale.Revman5.3 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 8 literatures were included, totaling 851 patients,243 lesions,211 patients in the EUS group,32 patients in the transabdominal US group,120 patients in the CT group, and 11 patients in the MRI group.Analysis of the results showed that EUS had a significant advantage over transabdominal US in the detection rate of small pancreatic lesions(? 2cm)(OR = 24.45,95% CI = 5.82,102.65,P <0.0001),and EUS had a significant advantage over CT in the detection rate of small pancreatic lesions(OR =4.34,95% CI = 2.42,7.78,P <0.00001).Conclusion:Comprehensive and systematic analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the detection of small pancreatic lesions(?2cm)compared with CT and transabdominal US imaging examinations at home and abroad.EUS has advantages over CT and transabdominal US in detecting small pancreatic lesions(?2cm). |
