Objective:Polymer nano-micelle system loaded anticancer drugs can increase drug targeting tumor tissue through the EPR effect of tumor tissue.A large number of studies suggest that there is a clear difference between clinical trials and animal experiments.There is no statistical significance of iodine content in the tumor area of kidney tumor specimens perfused with micelles of different sizes.It is shown that the various trend of polymer nano-micelles with different particle sizes was different in tumor tissues.It was not been studied whether it is affected by diameter,gender,and Fuhrman grade.In this study,perfusion of human kidney cancer specimens and HE staining of pathological tissues was performed to further research the relationship between the expression of EPR effect and the above parameters.It provided a theoretical basis for the research and construction of a polymer nano-micelle drug suitable delivery system for human tumor tissue.It lays a solid foundation for the research results to be used as early as possible in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical kidney tumors.Methods:There were 31 cases of clear cell renal cell carcinoma successfully perfused and and scanned by GE Discovery HD750 CT GSI at 0?1?2?3?4?5?6h and HE stained pathological tissue in this study.Then correlation between iodine concentration and gender and tumor diameter and tumor Fuhrman classification were analyzed.The analysis of the experimental data was completed by the software spss24.0.The F-test was used to compare the mean between groups.The SNK-q test was used to compare the average of any two groups.At the level of ?=0.05,if P<0.05,it can be judged that the difference is significant.Results:1.At 0-2 hours,the iodine enrichment was men group> women group(P <0.001).At 3-6 hours,the iodine enrichment was men group = women group(P> 0.05).The iodine enrichment of diameter ?7cm group was lower than the iodine enrichment of diameter> 7cm(P <0.05).2.Fuhrman grades were compared within groups.The order of iodine enrichment in Fuhrman grades was ?> ?> ?(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The polymer nano-micelle drug-loading system behaved differently in iodine enrichment in clear cell renal cell carcinoma,which decreased with increasing Fuhrman classification;increased with increasing tumor volume.Patient gender did not affect iodine enrichment.2.Iodine enrichment of polymer nano-micelle drug-loading system in clear cell renal cell carcinoma provided strong evidence for the EPR effect of solid tumors in human being.
