Objective: Through the first part of literature research,this study has reached nearly from ancient books,such as Fu Qing's leading women's Department,women's department instruction,women's Department differentiation of spleen and stomach in the past 0 years was systematically summarized.Based on the software of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform",this paper analyzes the literature of treating AUB from spleen and stomach in modern literature,sums up the dialectical thinking,the rule of composition and the experience of medication,discusses the importance of spleen and stomach in AUB,and highlights the thinking of treating AUB from spleen and stomach.Combined with the second part of Professor Du Xiaoli's clinical experience in treating AUB from spleen and stomach for many years,we further summarize the dialectical thinking and drug characteristics of treating AUB,and provide effective scheme and practical basis for basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of AUB.Methods: 1.This paper discusses the relationship between spleen and stomach and AUB and its importance by referring to such ancient books as Fu Qing's leading women's Department,women's Department guide,women's Department authentic,women's Department secret,women's Department essence,women's Department essence,women'sDepartment compendium,women's department Jade ruler,women's Department Economic fiber,Wanshi women's Department,gynecology ice book,school note women's good prescription,women's Department generous Sex.2.With CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP electronic database as the retrieval tools,the literature and medical cases related to the treatment of AUB with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years were systematically retrieved,and the relevant contents of the treatment of AUB with spleen and stomach were summarized and sorted out,with the focus on the analysis of the treatment plan and drug use rules related to the syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach.3.In the process of clinical follow-up,collect cases of abnormal uterine bleeding,and sort out and analyze the collected medical records,and summarize the dialectical thinking and medication law of the tutor in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.Looking up such ancient books as Fu Qingzhu's women's Department,women's Department guide,women's Department authentic,women ' Based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the treatment mainly starts from the spleen and stomach.2.Through searching 519 medical cases and literatures that meet the diagnosis and inclusion criteria,230 Chinese herbs are involved,it is found that the common types of AUB syndrome are spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney two deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The common treatment methods are:Invigorating Qi and spleen,strengthening Chong and hemostasis;invigorating spleen and warming kidney,strengthening Chong and taking blood;Invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen,removing stasis and stopping bleeding.Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,liquorice,angelica,Poria and so on are the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines.That is characterized by mild and mild nature,sweet and bitter taste,and the first six channels are liver channel,spleen channel,kidney channel,lung channel,heart channel and stomach channel.Through cluster analysis,34 commonly used drug pairs were found,including Astragalus and Atractylodes,dangshen and Atractylodes,Atractylodes and poria,involving 15 traditional Chinese medicines,which were basically consistent with the high-frequency drugs in the previous study.By setting the relevant indicators of the software,25 core combinations are obtained.On this basis,further unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out,and 17 potential new combinations of prescriptions for AUB treatment were obtained.3.Through consulting such ancient books as Fu methods of soothing the liver,tonifying the kidney,activating the blood and cooling the blood are used.Conclusion: by consulting ancient books and retrieving the literature and medical cases about the treatment of AUB by spleen and stomach in the past 10 years,AUB is closely related to spleen and stomach,mostly based on the principle of Invigorating Qi and spleen.Professor Du Xiaoli has the support of basic theory on the treatment of AUB by spleen and stomach,and the clinical effect is significant,which can further guide the clinical treatment.
