Yiqi Decoction On Clinical Observation For Metrorrhagia Hemostatic Effect Of Perimenopausal Uterine Bleeding Bleeding Period Of Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To observe the mentor Cheng Hong experience Yiqi Decoction on clinical efficacy of hemostasis for Metrorrhagia of perimenopausal period uterine hemorrhage of spleen deficiency and explore its hemostatic mechanism,and provide useful ideas for clinical use.Methods: Will meet the standard of diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding metrorrhagia and diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome of spleen deficiency 80 cases of perimenopausal patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 40 cases.The control group was given the decoction of Gu Chong,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi treatment decoction.One day a dose,water decocted early and evening,10 days of continuous use.Observation of the two groups after therapy time,TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom score and serum platelet count(PTL),hemoglobin(HB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FBG)changes.Results:(1)the comparison of the time of hemostasis in the two groups:The blood stop time of Yiqi Zhi Xiang Decoction group was significantly shorter than that in the group of Gu Chong Decoction(P<0.05).(2)the two groups of TCM syndromes,syndrome scores and the comparison of the main points of the syndrome:Its clinical hemostatic effect of Yiqi treat Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine bleeding spleen deficiency period the total efficiency of 87.5%,Guchong Decoction group,the total efficiency of 70%,by statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was 92.5% compared with that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the control group was 75%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of TCM syndrome integral is compared before treatment decreased significantly,there was significant difference(P<0.01),there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05),the treatment group has more advantages;two groups of average Chinese main symptom score before treatment were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),group the difference between(P<0.05),the treatment group has more advantages.(3)the two groups before and after treatment of serum platelet count(PTL),hemoglobin(HB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FBG)comparison:After treatment,two groups of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05),the treatment group has more advantages;the two group after treatment,fibrinogen(FBG)were higher than before.There was statistical significance(P<0.01),there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05),the treatment group has more advantages;the two groups before and after treatment of hemoglobin(HB),serum platelet count(PTL)had no significant changes,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: the treatment group hemostatic effect,TCM syndrome integral,main symptoms improved significantly better than the control group;Yiqi Decoction can significantly shorten the treatment of collapse of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT);Qi Decoction for metrorrhagia can increase the fibrinogen level(FBG);Qi Decoction Treatment of short-term collapse in patients with clear blood platelet count(PTL),hemoglobin(HB)had no obvious effect,no statistically significant differences before and after the treatment(P>0.05),the long-term efficacy still needs large sample data.
