| ObjectiveTo explore the different efficacy and safety of three different drugs(Angeliq,Tibolone and Kuntai Capsules)in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.MethodsThe clinical data of 120 patients with postmenopausal syndrome fitting the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were collected from October 2018 to October2019.According to their intention,they were divided into three groups respectivly,angeliqi group,tibolone group and Kuntai Capsule group,with 40 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy indices including modified Kupperman scale(Modified Kupperman Index,mKMI)Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL),Hamilton rating scale for anxiety(HAMA),reproductive hormone,serum lipids,blood pressure and drug safety indices including urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),gynecological B-ultrasonography,breast B-ultrasonography and adverse reactions were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in general data and clinical indices among the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05).1.Comparison of clinical effect:(1)comparison of modified Kupperman score: compared with pretreatment,the modified Kupperman score of the three groups in 1st,3rd and 6th month posttreatment decreased significantly(P < 0.01),so does the score of 1st and 3rd month posttreatment,while the difference of 6th month post treatment is non-significant in ench group(P = 0.981 >0.05)(2)comparison of HAMA and MENQOLscore: compared with pretreatment,there was significant difference in 1st,3rd and 6th month posttreatment per group,with HAMA and MENQOL scores decreasing significantly,P < 0.01.Instead,differences of both scores among three groups in the same treating time are non-significant with P > 0.05(3)comparison of reproductive hormone: compared with pretreatment,Follice-stimulating Hormone(FSH)and Luteinizing Hormone(LH)in 1st,3rd and 6th month posttreatment per group were significantly decreased and estradiol(E2)increased,with P <0.01.There were statistically significant differences for three groups’ s FSH,LH and E2 in 1stmonth posttreatment and FSH in 3rd month posttreatment respectively,with P < 0.05 and non-significant differences for three groups’ s LH and E2 in 3st month posttreatment and FSH,LH and E2 in 6st month posttreatment,with P>0.05.(4)Comparison of serum lipids: for serum triglycerides,there were no statistical difference compared with pretreatment with P > 0.05.For total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein,campared with pretreatment,the statistical difference in angeliqi group is significant with p < 0.05,and in the tibolone and Kuntai Capsule groups with P > 0.05.(5)Comparison of blood pressure: compared with pretreatment,blood pressure were seen statistically significant differences in angeliq group in 1st,3rd and 6th month posttreatment(P < 0.05),and not seen in tibolone and Kuntai groups(P > 0.05)2.Safety comparison:(1)Comparison of liver and renal function : there was no statistical difference in AST,ALT,serum urea nitrogen and creatinine of the three groups compared with pretreatment with P > 0.05,neither do they comparied with different groups’.(2)Comparison of endometrium: compared with pretreatment,the endometrium were no obvious change in 1st,3rd and 6th months posttreatment with P > 0.05),neither do they at the same time comparied with different groups’(3)Comparison of B-ultrasound of breast: there was no significant difference between the three groups between pretreatment and posttreatment,with P = 0.346 > 0.05.(4)Adverse reactions: the incidence of total adverse reactions in Kuntai group was significantly lower than that in angeliq group and tibolone group,with P < 0.017.Conclusion(1)the efficacy of three kinds of drugs on menopausal syndrome related symptoms is definite.(2)Angeliq plays a positive role in protecting the cardiovascular system.(3)The short-term safety of angeliq,tibolone and Kuntai Capsule was better,and the adverse reactions of Kuntai Capsule were less. |
