Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome (kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome) With Gengnian Recipe

Objective:By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of Gengnian Decoction and Kuntai capsule in the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS),this paper demonstrates the clinical efficacy of Gengnian Decoction and provides guidance for the treatment of MPS.Methods:Screening 60 patients of menopausal syndrome(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)Who has gone through the terminal menstruation at least one years ago(from January 2020 to December 2020 in the Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine),adopts the single-blind randomized method to divide 60 patients into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group in the three periods of treatment,takes decoction of Professor Tan zhenyu professor's Gengnian Decoction,however the control group accepts three periods of treatment of kuntai capsule.After three courses of corresponding treatment,observing two groups of patients' Kupperman score,TCM symptoms integral,the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone and the changes of intimal thickness,at the same time evaluating the adverse effecfs in periods of treatment.Results:(1)There was no obvious differentiation in the age,courses,years of menopause,the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone,postmenopausal intimal thickness between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).(2)After the three courses of treatment,there was no apprent difference in the intimal thickness in a single group before the treatment and between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone in a single group and between the two groups were compared,and the difference was clearly significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the data suggested that the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone of the treatment group decreased more obviously than that of the control group.(4)After treatment,Kupperman score and TCM symptoms' scores of the two groups were significant effect(P<0.05),and data analysis showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was more dominant than that of the control group.(5)There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Gengnian Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal syndrome(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)is significantly better than that of Kuntai capsule group,and the clinical effect is safe.No adverse events have been recorded.This indicates that Gengnian Decoction is safe in the treatment of postmenopausal syndrome(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome),and has high clinical satisfaction,which has high guiding significance for clinical treatment.
