| During the long-term production and various practices of the Tibetan people,Tibetan medicine has been formed,which plays an important role in the production,life and health of the Tibetan people.Tibetan medicine has systematic theoretical knowledge,unique prescriptions and special clinical diagnosis and treatment effects.Therefore,more and more people have begun to pay attention to the progress of Tibetan medicine and the development of science.At present,the combination of data mining technology and Tibetan medical diagnosis and treatment decision-making is the key to pass on Tibetan medical knowledge and improve the level of Tibetan medical diagnosis and treatment.First,based on the clinical data of Tibetan medicine,this paper applies ensemble learning algorithms to the classification and prediction of symptoms in common plateau diseases(chronic atrophic gastritis).Secondly,the association rule algorithm in data mining is used to find the typical concomitant symptoms,symptom-symptoms and symptom-symptom types in clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to dig the hidden value in clinical data.Finally,the Tibetan medical assistant diagnosis and treatment system is designed and implemented.The Tibetan medical assistant diagnosis and treatment system mainly includes four functional modules.Symptom prediction and association rule mining are two of them.The other two modules are visualization of patient medical records and common symptoms of patients.And frequency statistics and word cloud generation of commonly used drugs.Through the above research,to assist and provide reference for doctors’ diagnosis and treatment,to prevent doctors from misjudgement of patients’ diagnosis and treatment due to subjective reasons,greatly improve the scientificity and standardization of Tibetan medicine diagnosis and treatment,and provide effective for patients’ health The protection of the medicine has also promoted the development and inheritance of Tibetan medicine. |
