Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), which is a main cause of threatening body health in modern society, is a developing clinical syndrome, and many patients will grow into myocardial infarction, even sudden cardiac death. One of The main character of modern medicine development is the turn from principle of mass diagnose and treatment to the plan of individualized diagnose and treatment. And the expert of WHO also pointed out that the individualized diagnose and treatment is the highest level in clinical experiment.Individualized diagnose and treatment can integrate the excellent theory of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical character and technology of modern medicine, and reflect the clinical character of traditional Chinese medicine. It will promote the progress of traditional Chinese medicine modernization through applying individualized diagnose and treatment on exploring the study of Regularity Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation. It will also promote the application of data mining technology in individualized diagnose and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine, which has important significance for the progress of the tradition Chinese medicine.The paper including two parts: summary and clinical research.Summary:This part summarizes the clinical research situation of treatment of ACS in traditional Chinese medicine and the application of data mining in traditional medicine field, analyses the character and deficiency of the present clinical research of ACS, introduces the data mining technology concisely and prospects the outlook of application of data mining in traditional medicine.Clinical Research:Objective:1. Guided by individual principle, collect the clinical data of ACSpatients by the gathering system of electronic medical record on coronary heart disease, apply the objective and true data for clinical research and accomplish the integration of clinic and research of electronic medical record on coronary heart disease.2. Analyses the character of syndrome type of ACS and explore the contents of syndrome and the standard and objective research method of syndrome differentiation in ACS.3. Analysis the medication based on symptom differentiation of ACS and explores the regularity of syndrome differentiation.4. By assessing the curative effect of main syndrome ACS explore the new method of assessing the clinical curative effect of ACS.Methods:1. Collect and record the data by the gathering system of electronic medical record on coronary heart disease.2. Combine the clinical data through ORACLE software and complete cleaning up the clinical data.3. Statistical analysis through SPSS12. 0 software: x2 examination is applied to the count data and the method of K-means is adapted to clustering analysis.4. On Line Analysis and Proceeding (OLAP) for the character of Chinese materia medica by the data bank of China Academy of TCM Science.5. Association rules analysis of the medication based on symptom differentiation through the Apriori arithmetic of WEKA software.6. Realize Random Walk Model Assessment of main symptom of ACS through ORACLE and WEKA softwares.Results:1. General clinical information:We gathered the 372 clinic cases of coronary heart disease and 160 thousands records in data bank together. Among the 372 cases, 191 are male, and the others 181 cases are female. The oldest age of patients is 91, and the youngest is 41, the mean age is 68.67 + 10.39. About one-third patients suffer from the hypertension, coronary heart disease, brain vascular disease and diabetes.2. Differential diagnosis of 372 cases of ACS patientsChest distress was the tiptop of frequency among ACS cases, 353 cases, and count up to 94. 89%. Second, chest pain cases were 228, count up to 61.29%. Debility, short breath palpitation and wheeze afterthese two symptoms in order.Body of the Tongue of cases mainly appeared dark red, light dark, violet dark. Character of fur mainly appeared greasy, thin pale, and thick. The colors of fur are mainly white and yellow. These account for blood stasis, phlegm damp mainly. From the table of pulse manifestation, we can see that sufferers' pulse manifestation were very scattered, it shows that pulse manifestation were difference in individual obviously.Among 372 cases of ACS, the basic syndrome show as follow: syndrome of blood stasis add up to 271 cases (72.85%), syndrome of phlegm add up tol76 cases (47.31%), syndrome of qi deficiency add up to 118 cases (31.72%), syndrome of qi and yin deficiency add up to67 cases(18. 11%), syndrome of yin deficiency add up to 33 cases(8. 87%), syndrome of qi stagnation add up to 24 cases (6. 45%). Manifesting that syndrome of blood stasis, syndrome of phlegm, syndrome of qi deficiency, syndrome of qi and yin deficiency, syndrome of yin deficiency, syndrome of qi stagnation is respectively basic syndrome of ACS.3. Cluster analysis of 372 cases of ACSThe cluster analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods found 8 kinds of syndromes. That is syndrome of qi deficiency, syndrome of mixed phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of turbid phlegm complicated by heat, syndrome of yin and yang deficiency, syndrome of qi and yin deficiency, syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of stagnancy blockage of heart - blood, syndrome of integrated qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.According to variance analysis for classes, the outcome indicates that the probability value of several classes P<0. 01, which is a strong explanation for the confidence.4. Treatment of 372 cases of ACS patientsThe frequently used methods of treatment are promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, dissipating phlegm, nourishing yin, qi exercise et al. The frequently used herbs are fuling, danshen, dangshen, chenpi, banxia, chishao, danggui, taoren et al. The frequently used Chinese patent medicines are shengmai injection, sanqizongzaodai injection et al. The frequently used medicine are antiplatelet, nitrate, ACEI/ARB, β-receptor blocker, low lipoids et al.5. Association rules of regularity syndrome differentiation andmedication of 372 cases of ACS patientsThe common use of Chinese traditional medicine in chest stuffiness: wuweizi and maidong, taoren and honghua et al. The common use of Chinese traditional medicine in chest pain: zhuru and fuling, maidong and danshen et al. The common use of Chinese traditional medicine in debility: maidong and danshen, chuanxiong and wuweizi and maidong et al. The common use of Chinese traditional medicine in short breath: baizhu and fuling, chishao and taoren and honghua et al. The common use of Chinese traditional medicine in palpitation: chishao and danshen, chenpi and fuling et al. The common use of Chinese traditional medicine in wheeze: zexie and fuling, danshen and zhigancao and fuling et al. The herbs' properties and tastes are warm, normal, cold, sweat, hot, and meridian tropism of medicines are spleen, heart, liver, lung, stomach, kidney in order.6. Treatment of ACS by combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicineWhen ACS be treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, different Chinese patent medicine integrate different western medicine. No invariable regulations can be found in these different combinations.7. Random Walk Model: the method of assessing the curative effect of ACSChest distress had random walk 2562 times and 561 points in improving field, relative value is 4. 6. Chest pain had random walk 2523 times and 429 points in improving field, relative value is 5.9. Short breath had random walk 2152 times and 298 points in improving field, relative value is 7. 2. Palpitation had random walk 2151 times and 221 points in improving field, relative value is 9. 7. The power law is less than 0. 5. manifesting intervention treatment is gained by patients' duration of hospital stay. The curve manifests that four kinds of main syndrome have obvious improvement after two days since hospital stay. Conclusion:1. According to the result of cluster analysis, ACS type of syndrome can be classified to syndrome of qi deficiency, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of turbid phlegm, syndrome of yin and yang deficiency, syndrome of qi and yin deficiency, syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of stagnant blockage of heart blood, syndrome of combination of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm. It reflects present condition of ACS syndrome type spread objectively.2. According to association rules result, we find the match rule of Chinese medicine for curing the ACS, which is huangqi to match danshen, banxiauang to match danshen, maidong to match danshen, dangshen to match danshen, xiebai to match danshen, chishao to match danshen, fuling to match danshen. It hint that ACS Chinese medicine principal treatment methods are nourishing qi, activating blood circulation, dissipating phlegm, nourishing yin, according with the conclusion of syndrome type of cluster analysis.3. According to statistics result, there is the spread distinction between different western medicines in curing the ACS. It accords with present tendency of individualized western medication, integrating with the study of syndrome in TCM, and will supply new thought to formulating of individualized western medicine treatment plan.4. The methods of cluster analysis, association rules analysis and Random Walk Model is also adapted to the research of rules of Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation and treatment effect assessment of ACS . the assessment of main syndrome by Random Walk Model shows that these patients received obvious intervention treatment in first 3 days of hospital stay .At aspect of syndrome improvement scores, the sequence is chest stuffiness, chest pain, short breath, debility from more to less.
