| In recent years,the global public health emergencies have entered a period of high incidence,which has brought tremendous impacts on social stability and economic development.Strengthening the crisis management of all kinds of public health emergencies and effectively preventing the harm caused by public health emergencies has become a serious problem of the whole world.Public health emergency is one of the main factors that affect the security and stability of military academies.Military academies have some particularities in daily administrative management,study,training,life,the ways of social relations,and the influence of public opinion.This article takes this as the background to carry on the research,takes National University of Defense Technology as an example,analyzes the present situation,finds the question,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure suggestion.This paper analyzes the current situation of the public health emergencies in two aspects,the actual states and main risks that the military academies faced.The former mainly discusses the existing problems from the practical point of view,and the latter pays attention to the degree and priority of the problem from the theoretical analysis point of view,and provides a reference and basis for the countermeasures.Specifically,this paper finds problems existing in military academies in response to public health emergencies,from the aspects such as existing documents,the basic situation of student learning,public health emergency management system and institution,health and epidemic prevention forces construction,and designs questionnaire for the students,student team leaders and medical personnel respectively;secondly,the paper evaluates the risk factors related to military colleges in response to public health emergencies using the Delphi method,based on the theory of risk management and expert knowledge and experience,to further clarify the main risks.Finally,according to the risk and the actual problems we faced,this paper discusses countermeasures and suggestions for prevention and control of public health emergencies in military academies. |
