| With the deepening reformation of medical and health system of China,medical service market is opening gradually,medical institutions are faced with increasing market competition intensely.To win the trust and satisfaction of patients in the competition,survive and develop in the intensified competition,and improve economic performance,the medical institution must ensured satisfied medical services to patients.In the modern national hospital management evaluation index system,Patient Satisfaction is key criteria of appraising the treatment impact and medical service quality.Carrying out the study on Patient Satisfaction is of great theoretical and realistic significance to improving health quality management theory and guiding medical institution to improve targeted services.As the main body in medical and health system and assumed to be regional medical centers,First Level Class A general hospital should pay more attention to Patient Satisfaction to promote medical service standard.With the basis of Large Comprehensive Hospitals’ Patient Satisfaction Index(LCHPSI)model,combined with status of First Level Class A general hospital of China,the outpatient satisfaction index(OPSI)and relevant evaluation system was established.The outpatient satisfaction survey scheme was designed based on the OPSI and evaluation system,and carried out among a First Level Class A general hospital of G city by questionnaire.Reliability and rationality analysis was conducted with SPSS 20.0 statistical software,and then followed with single factor variance and priority improvement analysis.The overall satisfaction of outpatient is affected by multiple factors.The satisfaction of the outpatient in each evaluation indicator is high,especially in terms of the accessibility of the hospital,the quality of medical technology,the management of medical processes and the disclosure of medical expenses.Improving the hospital brand and medical service,smoothing diagnosis process and environment are the prior solutions.Eventually,it offer tailored and constructive suggestions on national,hospital,patient and social level according to empirical research on concrete issue. |
