| Objective:Analysis before hospitalization has definite diagnosis for patients with COPD,readmission whether combined with anxiety or depression status,analysis of the degree of anxiety and depression after treatment,the changes of whether patients with COPD readmission the factors in patients with COPD combined anxiety,depression,illness severity,COPD readmission this factor with COPD combined whether anxiety/depression disease progression has relevance,affect the patients quality of life.Methods: The paired sample t test is used in this thesis.Choose in December 2015 to December 2018,admitted to hospital diagnosis of COPD,a total of 601 patients with acute hospitalization again,to score,the degree of anxiety and depression in patients with ruled out and no patients with anxiety,depression,after evaluating the clear merge patients with anxiety,depression,a total of 306 cases,follow-up treatment again after 16 days,at the same time with anxiety and depression of patients with a total of 27 cases,eliminate lost to follow-up,death,pulmonary encephalopathy,focus allowing for drug intervention for depression,a total of 46 patients with factors such as,The scores of anxiety and depression in more than 260 cases were evaluated again,and the difference of scores before and after treatment was compared.According to the scores,the influence and correlation of readadmission factors on COPD patients with anxiety and depression were evaluated.Results:(1)The number of patients with anxiety and depression in COPD is 50.9% of the total number of patients with COPD,and the prevalence rate is very high,which affects the severity and prognosis of patients,so we need to be highly vigilant.(2)Anxiety scores of COPD patients with anxiety after re-admission were significantly higher than those at admission,and the degree of anxiety was significantly aggravated.The correlation coefficient was positive(correlation coefficient 0.370).The difference was statistically significant.(3)The depression score of COPD patients with depression decreased slightly and the degree of depression improved slightly after re-admission treatment evaluation,but the difference was not significant(correlation coefficient 0.310).There was no significant difference.Conclusion: The prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with COPD is high,which seriously affects the curative effect,quality of life,family and social relations of patients,and needs to be paid attention by clinicians.Re-admission of COPD will cause a marked increase in anxiety,but the degree of depression of patients has slightly improved.During hospitalization,attention should be paid to mental intervention to improve the quality of life of patients with COPD. |
