Purpose: to study the clinical study of the combined chemotherapy for the treatment of phlegm and phlegm.This topic of liver disease capsule treatment with combination chemotherapy and TanNing type of breast cancer for clinical observation,in order to make clear its curative effect,extending and qi stagnation type TanNing breast cancer survival and improve the clinical symptoms,at the same time to the metastasis of breast cancer recurrence prevention role.Method: seventy-two patients with breast cancer(gas-type)were randomly selected in clinical trials,and they were randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.Treatment group: the combination chemotherapy regimen with the treatment of liver disease.Capsules: four tablets at a time,twice a day,morning and evening.For six weeks.TAC chemotherapy regimens: docetaxel 75 mg/m2,tabulin 70 mg/m2,cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2.21 d is one cycle,continuous treatment for 2 cycles.Control group: using TAC chemotherapy alone,specific drugs and treatment group.Result: there were 72 cases in this study.Blood image changes before and after treatment: the levels of white and neutrophils in peripheral blood of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Before and after treatment,the tumor markers(CEA,ca-153,ca-125)were reduced: all tumor markers in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment group had obvious advantages in reducing tumor markers.Before and after treatment,TCM symptoms improved: the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.44%.The total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,and the treatment group was significantly effective in the improvement of TCM symptoms.Improvement of quality of life: according to KPS scores after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the functional status of the body.Conclusion: through careful review of the relevant literature,I combined with professor zhang yu’s clinical experience in the treatment of breast cancer.Under the guidance of the guidance of the tutor,the clinical application of the combined chemotherapy for the treatment of qi stagnation and the treatment of the disease.Results: there was significant difference in efficacy between treatment group and control group.It is suggested that the clinical effect of the combination chemotherapy is significant,which plays a certain role in prolonging the survival period,improving clinical symptoms and preventing the recurrence and metastasis of the patients with the disease.
