| OBJECTIVE 1.To investigate the clinical effect of breast cancer treated by PingXiaoJiaoCapsule or combined with chemotherapy.2.Study the anti-cancer molecular mechanism of Ping Xiao Jiao Capsule,and discovery the molecular target through experimental obversation in Vitro.Method:Treat breast cancer patients with Ping Xiao Jiao Capsule,or combined with chemotherapy;Observe the tumor response and toxicity action;Using seropharmocologic method of Chinese medicine, we chose different concentrations of serum containing Pingxiao Capsule ,which were respectively cultivated with human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7,and then detect the inhibitory action of breast cancer cell and gene expression changes of tumor signal transduction with MTT and gene chips techonogy in vitro. Results:1. Pingxiao Capsule could raise the clinical response rate of breast cancer patients,espiceally for advanced breast cancer.It can also reduce the patient's toxicity reaction of chemotherapy.2. The inhibition rates of the three different concentrations groups are 28.2%, 29.16% and31.12%.3. After the 10% serum contained of Pingxiao capsule,the numbers of gene down-regulated and up-regulated genes were 34 and 22.Conclusion: The different density groups all appear to have inhibition rate to human breast cancer cell, and the 15% suspension to be the highest, but three groups does not have the obvious difference; Significant changes were observed in signal transduction expression of... |
