| Objective:In order to study the 60 stroke patients and their caregivers, the comparators conducted group psychological intervention to observe the psychological changes of the caregivers and the recovery of limb function in stroke patients. Methods:The patients with stroke who were first diagnosed in the rehabilitation department of the First Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.60 patients and caregivers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.Collect basic information of all the participants, and randomly divide them into experimental group and control group by random number table method,30 people each. Both groups received routine drug intervention and rehabilitation treatment, the control group received health education, and the experimental group received group psychological intervention and health education. Both groups received routine drug intervention and rehabilitation treatment. The control group received health education, and the experimental group received group psychological intervention and health education. They were admitted to the hospital for one month and two months.ADL),Fugl-Meyer(FMA)were measured, and the comparators were assessed with the Self-rating Depression Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SDS).Analyze the data and draw conclusions. Results:SAS and SDS: There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention. After 1 month and 2 months of group psychological intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction of the experimental group was more significant;the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).ADL,Fugl-Meyer(FMA): After 1 month and 2 months of group psychological intervention, the ADL and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group. The amplitude was more obvious, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of the caregiver group psychology can significantly improve the anxiety of the caregiver, depression and other negative emotions, and improve the limb motor function. The results show that group psychological intervention can effectively improve the poor physical and mental condition of the caregiver in the process of caring for the patient, positively affect the psychological state and recovery of the limb function, and reduce the burden and social burden of the stroke family. It is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical rehabilitation of stroke patients. |
