Exploring Professor Zhang Bo's Experience In The Treatment Of Impotence Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Stystem

Objective: To analyze Professor Zhang Bo's experience in the treatment of impotence,based on the inheritance assistant system of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Collect and screen the medical records of Professor Zhang Bo in the outpatient treatment of impotence in the first traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Baoding from September 2017 to September 2019.Then the recorded medical records are standardized and unified.By virtue of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),data mining methods such as data analysis function of software,using rule analysis,entropy clustering and improved mutual information method are used.Finally,we get the research results,such as disease age,main symptoms and tongue and pulse,drug frequency,sexual taste menstruation,four qi and five flavors,core combinations and new prescriptions,and analyze the collected information of impotence patients and the law of drug use.Finally we summarize professor zhang bo's experience and treatment thoughts on treatment of impotence.Results: 1.Impotence is a andrological disease.151 patients are all men aged 30 to 59 years old.Among them,five symptoms appear most frequently,including weak erection,firm and short-term,low back pain,low back pain and epigastric ruffles.The tongue coating is mainly dark red and thin white.The pulse that appears most often is the pulse string.Among the six syndromes,the frequency of liver qi stagnation syndrome is the highest.2.In 151 prescriptions,168 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,mainly to tonifying deficiency medicine,promoting water seepage medicine,regulating qi medicine.A total of 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than 40 times.The proportion of warm drugs was the highest,the frequency of warm drugs 934 times.The frequency of sweet drugs was 1118 times,the frequency of liver drugs and kidney drugs was1081 times and 989 times.3.Through the platform's "prescription rule" function,setting the number of support is 30,the correlation degree is 0.9,we get 25 more common drug pairs and 13 core drugs.4.When the correlation was set to 8 and the penalty to 4,20 pairs of related drug pairs with correlation coefficient ?0.03 were obtained.5.According to the results,a total of 26 drug core groups of 3 ~ 4 flavors can be evolved under the control of correlation and punishmeng degree.On the basis of the above extracted26 core combinations,the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm is used again to obtain 13 new prescription combinations such as "Radix paeoniae alba,Coicis semen,Curcuma aromatica,Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride","Seme sojae preparatum,Concha ostreae,Acorus calamus,Cassia twig"," Almond,Scorpion,Polyporus umbellata,Stiff silkworm,Desmodium" and so on.Conclusion: Based on "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform ",we can know that Professor Zhang Bo's pathogenesis of treatment of impotence mainly lies in liver depression,kidney deficiency,but dampness evil often accompanied by disease.The main treatment is to tonify the kidney and remove dampness,soothe the liver and regulate qi,and to protect the spleen and stomach.The treatment method is Xin Wen,focusing on Qi and dampness.The academic ideas are "focus on regulating the liver,kidney-based;care for the spleen and stomach,good at dispelling dampness evil,good Qi regulating machine." In the clinical treatment,pay attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,flexible use of medicine,and the treatment of impotence has clinical significance of the new prescription.However,due to the small sample size of clinical cases in this experiment,further experiments and studies are needed to verify to increase the credibility of the study.And the actual clinical syndrome type is more complex,the existing clinical classification cannot meet the actual needs,may affect the experimental results.
