Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the treatment timing and treatment course of cerebral resuscitation patients after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and to provide guidance for clinical hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Methods:Selection of the first hospital of Jilin university department of emergency medicine in June 2015 to June 2019 accepts cerebral resuscitation after CPR of 219 cases of patients,divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group 89 cases,control group 130 examples(Group E).all patients accept conventional drug treatment after admission,the HBO therapy group started HBO therapy at different treatment opportunity on the basis of conventional drug therapy,and patients in the HBO treatment group were divided into four groups according to the opportunity of receiving HBO treatment,namely,the intervention group within 12 h after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation(Group A),the intervention group within 13 ~ 72h(Group B),the intervention group within 3 ~ 7d(Group C),and the intervention group within 7~21d(Group D).Observing Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score and Amplitude-integrated Electroencephalography(aEEG)score of treatment group and control group with different course of treatment(i.e.1,2 and 3 courses of treatment).To analyze the effects of different intervention times and different courses of HBO treatment on brain resuscitation.Results:(1)The treatment group was compared with the control group:(1)GCS score and aEEG score of the HBO treatment group(A?B?C?D Groups)and the control group(Group E)were not statistically significant before treatment(P>,0.05).(2)In the first course of treatment,two courses of treatment and three courses of treatment,the GCS score and aEEG score of the HBO treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Repeated measurement analysis of variance was performed for the treatment group:(1)There was no significant difference in GCS score and aEEG score among groups with different treatment opportunity of HBO(P>0.05).(2)The difference in GCS score and aEEG score among groups with different courses of HBO treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The T test of matched samples was performed among different treatment courses in the treatment group: With the increase of HBO course,GCS score and aEEG score increased significantly.Conclusions:(1)The effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional drugs on cerebral resuscitation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is better than that of conventional drugs;(2)Within 21 days after successful CPR,the treatment opportunity of HBO had no significant effect on the effect of cerebral resuscitation;(3)The effect of HBO treatment on cerebral resuscitation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation was within 3 courses of treatment,and the more HBO courses of treatment,the more significant the effect of brain resuscitation.
