Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder With Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion

Objective:Retrospective analysis the blood glucose level,urodynamics and clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy on diabetic neurogenic bladder（DNB）,so as to provide diversified,safer and more effective treatment for DNB patients.Methods:69 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were selected from outpatient or inpatient visits to the Sino Japanese Union Hospital of Jilin University during October2017 to December 2019,The 69 patients were divided into observation group（n=35）and control group（n=34）.The 69 patients were given hypoglycemic treatment and mecobalamin tablets treatment,in addition to which the treatment group was treated with acupuncture(Selecting Zhongwan point,Xiawan point,Qihai point,Guanyuan point,Daheng point^double,Shimen point,Zhongji point,Shuidao point^double,Guilai point^double)and moxibustion treatment（Selecting the Shenque point）,After 30 days of treatment,the residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:（1）There was no statistical significance in the age,gender,course of disease,BMI of the two groups before treatment,as well as the observation indexes before treatment（residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c）（P>0.05）.The baseline levels of the patients included in this study were comparable.（2）After treatment,the residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c and clinical symptoms of the two groups were all improved compared with before treatment（P<0.05）.Neurotrophic drugs and abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion were all effective in the treatment of diabetic neurotransmitter bladder.（3）After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in improving residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c and clinical symptoms than the control group（P<0.05）.abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion was more effective in treating diabetic neurotransmitter bladder.（4）No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of the two groups,indicating that oral metocobalamin and abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy had good safety.Conclusion:（1）The application of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy can reduce the blood glucose level,delay the process of DNB.（2）Abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic neurogenic bladder,significantly reduce residual urine volume and increase the maximum urine flow rate.（3）Abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion for the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder in this study has better curative effect,and has the advantages of fewer points selection,relatively easy to operate and easy to be accepted by patients.
