Objective: To investigate the clinical safety and feasibility of laparoscopic reduction in radical resection of colorectal cancer(CRC)by comparing the application of laparoscopic reduction and traditional multi-hole laparoscopy. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,30 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic reduction surgery in the department of gastrointestinal oncology surgery,Our cancer center from October 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled into the study group.Thirty patients with colorectal cancer underwent traditional porous laparoscopic surgery as the control group.By observing two groups of samples of the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, cleaning up the number of lymph nodes metastasis lymph node number, postoperative pathological staging, total length of incision, postoperative 24 hours VRS pain score, drainage tube removal time, time of first anal exhaust, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications,et,al.These short-term clinical curative effect to evaluate clinical safety of laparoscopic reduction surgery in colorectal cancer radical resection. Results: Two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of metastasis lymph node dissection and postoperative pathology staging, postoperative drainage tube removal time, time of first anal exhaust, postoperative hospital stay. These aspects were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the total length of the incision, postoperative hospital stay and the VRS pain score at 24 hours after the operation(all P < 0.05).The reduction group had fewer and shorter abdominal incisions, faster postoperative recovery and less pain at 24 hours after the operation. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).In the short-term postoperative laboratory indicators, the white blood cell level of the reduction group on the third day was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P < 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the level of white blood cell and c-reactive protein between the two groups on other days in this study(P>0.05).Conclusion: laparoscopic reduction in radical resection of colorectal cancer surgery can reduce the total length of abdominal incisions and cavity mirror hole, reduce the number of patients with postoperative pain, improve the effect of beauty, reduce postoperative hospital stay. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, were not visible to extend,at the same time in terms of quality of colorectal tumor resection is not inferior to traditional porous laparoscopic surgery,it confirmed the cut hole safety feasibility of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
