Research objectives: with the development of culture and technology in today's world,people's living standard is getting richer and richer,and the incidence of various diseases is getting higher and higher.But there is still a lack of awareness among ethnic minorities about their own security and the prevention of various diseases,which makes more and more people in the world suffer from diseases.In addition,some liver ascites are relatively intractable diseases,if it can not be accurately diagnosed,its clinical efficacy is relatively low.Although the ancient books related to Tibetan medicine tell about hepatic ascites,they are not very detailed.Is based on the combination of ancient and modern factors influencing the related literature material to further explore the etiology and diagnosis of Tibetan liver ascites syndrome,especially the treatment of liver ascites syndrome of Tibetan accurate visit and visit patients,and to select the clinical curative effect of higher drug analysis to study the composition,function,attending,of the two drugs were summarized clinical curative effect of Tibetan liver ascites syndrome,and its mechanism were studied,which is of reference to colleagues.Research methods: a research method based on literature research and clinical inquiry.1.Analyze the etiology,mechanism and diagnosis of liver ascites in Tibetan medicine by comparing,analyzing and summarizing literatures.Based on Tibetan ancient books "four medical" give priority to more than 30 of the ancient books in collecting and organizing the Tibetan liver ascites syndrome related information with bad blood factors,to observe the blood picture,Tibetan medicine basic theory of the "three for" theory and "three stomach fire" digest,transformation,respectively Qing Zhuo theory analyzes the factors such as the pathogenesis of liver ascites syndrome of Tibetan.2.The clinical study preliminarily discussed the diagnostic criteria of liver ascites in Tibetan medicine through the above 30 ancient books and the clinical manifestations of 75 patients diagnosed with liver ascites in Tibetan medicine in qinghai provincial hospital of Tibetan medicine.In addition,the prescription of 75 patients diagnosed with liver ascites in Tibetan medicine by qinghai provincial hospital of Tibetan medicine and the clinical efficacy study of the prescription with the highest utilization rate of liver ascites in Tibetan medicine among the 31 prescriptions obtained by accurate visits to 10 experts in qinghai provincial hospital of Tibetan medicine.Research conclusion: the pathogenesis of Tibetan liver ascites syndrome is due to consumption of various heavy foods diet,catch a cold for a long time and other factors make three weak stomach fire,cannot normal digestion and decomposition Qing Zhuo,cause subtle essence of indigestion causes to the liver is not pure makes a bad blood and accumulate heap generation including caused Tibetan liver ascites syndrome,etc.Through the investigation of patients and accurate visits to experts,the clinical manifestations of Tibetan medicine liver ascites mainly include pain in the hepatobiliary area,distension of the stomach,fatigue,loss of appetite,edema of hands and feet,thin and fast pulse,orange urine,sometimes heart discomfort,dry stool,poor sleep quality,etc.In addition,the 31 prescriptions were analyzed and summarized,and it was found that among the 75 patients with the highest utilization rate and clinical efficacy of liver ascites in Tibetan medicine,jiuwei niuhuang wan and qiwei xiaoxiao wan were the two drugs with the functions of treating the pathogenesis of liver ascites in Tibetan medicine,such as dried and bad blood and yellow water,and the treatment of liver fever.
