The tongue diagnosis is a very important hub in traditional Chinese medicine,which can clearly reflect the pathological changes of the human body.With its non-invasive,no damage,rapid and highly efficient,no side effects,tongue diagnosis technology has been widely used in medical treatment,and has made great achievements in medical diagnosis.Especially,tongue color is the most sensitive information in the characteristics of tongue image,and is also the main basis of clinical diagnosis technology of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,in feature extraction and analysis of tongue image,the use of computer image processing technology has broken the tongue diagnosis method of traditional Chinese medicine,fully improved the accuracy of tongue image characteristic analysis,and effectively reduced the misdiagnosis of the traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis on human pathological constitution.The traditional tongue diagnosis information is mainly obtained through the doctor's visual observation and subjective judgment,lacking the objective and quantitative measurement means,and the diversity of the patients' self-condition will also affect the accuracy of the final diagnosis results.In order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of tongue image retrieval,and to make use of people's subjective perception of tongue color,a new method of the color feature extraction of tongue image is proposed in this paper,and the diagnosis of human health status is based on the comparative analysis of the optical chromatography of self-tongue image.In this method,the positive film of the healthy tongue image and the colored negative film of the diseased tongue image are overlapped by digital image processing technology to select the information sensitive area of the tongue image for image data collection,and according to the conversion relationship between RGB color space and CIE Lab color space,so as to obtain the discrete spatial distribution of the tongue image chromatography by quantification.Finally,based on the characteristic relationship between tongue image chromatography and human pathological physique constitution,the final diagnosis result is realized,and the purpose of assisting inidentifying the health status of human body is achieved.The method is verified by simulation and experimental,it is fully demonstrated that it has good feasibility and robustness in tongue classification and pathological diagnosis,and its algorithm has improved the accuracy and comprehensiveness of tongue image retrieval.In addition,the existing tongue diagnosis technology can not completely extract the features of tongue color and fur color,the forced separation of the two will even destroy the integrity of the tongue image structure,resulting in errors in the final diagnosis results.Therefore,a tongue image discrimination method based on the proportion of the main color of the tongue image is proposed,which basically realizes the effective classification of healthy tongue image and diseased tongue image.It has certain theoretical guidance significance and clinical application value for tongue diagnosis technology of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides new theoretical and technical support for the further development of tongue diagnosis technology.
