| Objective:Base on the adult residents of Jilin Province in 2018 as the research object,through the investigation and study of prediabetes,discussed the prevalence of prediabetes prevalence in Jilin Province,analyzed the factors of prediabetes,and to provide basis for formulating corresponding intervention measures and strengthening health care of high-risk groups.Method:Using the method of multi-stage stratified random sampling,4952 people were selected from 8 monitoring points of Nanguan District,Dehui City,Fengman District,Ji’an City,qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County,Taonan City,Yanji City,Yanji City and Longjing City of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province for adult chronic disease and nutrition supervision in China Questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory examination.The data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 statistical software.The counting data were expressed by the rate or composition ratio.The comparison between groups was performed byχ~2 test,and the multi-factor analysis was performed by binary Logistic regression analysis.Result:1.The study collected 4952 samples from 8 monitoring sites in Jilin province.Among them,the qualified and eligified were 4752.There was estimated 1044 people with prediabetes,and the prevalence of prediabetes was 21.97%.2.Univariate analysis of prediabetes detection rates showed that there were statistically significant differences in the prediabetes detection rates among different gender(χ~2=11.963),age(χ~2=51.582),marital status(χ~2=8.281),occupation(χ~2=19.501),drinking status(χ~2=14.860),moderate intensity activity frequency(χ~2=9.917),hyperuricemia(χ~2=11.326)(P<0.05);3.Univariate analysis of IFG detection rates showed that there were statistically significant differences in the prediabetes detection rates among different gender(χ~2=28.470),age(χ~2=18.490),education level(χ~2=11.473),smoking(χ~2=11.393),drinking(χ~2=23.038),activity frequency(χ~2=16.952),housework frequency(χ~2=7.614),(P<0.05);4.Univariate analysis of IGT detection rates showed that there were statistically significant differences in the prediabetes detection rates among different age(χ~2=41.016),marital status(χ~2=10.593),occupation(χ~2=27.563),second-hand smoke exposure frequency(χ~2=18.540),moderate intensity activity frequency(χ~2=6.778)and hyperuricemia(χ~2=18.567),(P<0.05).5.The prevalence of prediabetes,IFG and IGT in different BMI levels and waistlines were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prevalence of prediabetes,IFG and IGT was statistically significant among family history of diabetes(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the prevalence of prediabetes,IFG and IGT among different hypertension prevalence,dyslipidemia prevalence,HDL levels,LDL levels,TG levels and TC levels(P<0.05).6.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥51,retirees,drinking for 1-4 days/week,drinking every day,family history of diabetes,BMI index of≥24,hypertension,triglyceride increase,total cholesterol margin increase,total cholesterol increase,the decrease of HDL were risk factors of pre diabetes;moderate intensity activity for 5-7 days/week was a protective factor of prediabetes.7.Male,age 51 and over,drinking alcohol every day,having family history of diabetes,BMI index≥24,increased total cholesterol,increased total cholesterol margin,decreased HDL were risk factors for IFG;high intensity activity frequency5-7 days/week was a protective factor of IFG.8.Age≥51,retirees,family history of diabetes,BMI≥24,patients with hypertension,elevated triglyceride margins and elevated triglyceride were risk factors of IGT.Conclusion:1.Analyze the prediabetes detection status of adult residents in Jilin Province investigated in 2018,and the prediabetes detection rate was 21.97%.2.In this study,senior citizens,retirees,alcohol consumption,family history of diabetes,overweight,obesity,high blood pressure,elevated triglycerides,increased total cholesterol,increased total cholesterol margin,and decreased HDL were risk factors of prediabetes in adult residents of Jilin Province.The frequency of moderate intensity activity was a protective factor of prediabetes in Jilin Province.3.In this study,men,senior citizens,daily drinking,family history of diabetes,overweight,obesity,increased total cholesterol,increased total cholesterol margin,and decreased HDL were risk factors for IFG.High intensity activity was the protective factor of IFG.4.In this study,senior citizens,retirees,family history of diabetes,overweight,obesity,hypertension,elevated triglycerides,and elevated triglycerides were risk factors for IGT. |
